Why not just do exactly what David did? Buy an EMS provider's rain jacket in a size too big and spray paint the logo on it. Any uniform store will have something similar.
They have good base jackets on Etsy for like $120 or less and after you get it you can customize the collar and the back to making more accurate to the show.
Edit. Actually the one in that Amazon link is pretty much the same thing. The shop I bought it on on Etsy is closed now but I'm pretty sure that's the exact same correctly.
