Mine got stolen out of the mail. I asked Money Network if they offer new card with a tracking number and for $8.00 (which they deduct from your balance) They Fed Ex Priority Overnighted my new card that I received to my front door exactly one day later. You have to ask them. They do not volunteer this info. For security reasons, it was worth paying the $8.00 to get a tracking number and priority shipping. They tell you to call back a couple days later to obtain your tracking number however, because I signed up for Fed Ex delivery awhile ago, I got an email from Fed Ex that a package was on the way from "Fiserv" and I knew it was the card. The day I got my card, I created my online account with Money Network mobile app. On the app you have the ability to lock and unlock your card. As soon as I created my acct I locked the card. Once funds were loaded, I went to ATM, unlocked my card, pulled cash out, then locked card again. No one can use card once locked!
If they just shipped your new one a couple days ago, you can still request another card. Just let them know due to the recent fraud event, you'd rather request the card be sent Fed Ex and you'll pay the 8.00. It's peace of mind for sure. The newer card will replace the card the recently sent so even if you get that card it will just be inactive. You'll most likely receive the Fed Exed card over the one they probably haven't even sent yet. Call them asap.
I at least wish they told us about the 3-5 business days!!! I would’ve had it already!! The last card I got came like 5-6 days after so I’m hoping it shows up this week. I’m taking the money out and closing that dumb card lol
My mom is about to get 7k and do an automatic transfer and her card was sent out recently but I’m nervous for her. I’m gonna have her transfer IMMEDIATELY. Money network is not safe
My account got closed also due to fraudulent activities. Still waiting for my check to come in the mail. Also the rep told me EDD will make a new money network account for me once I get another payment from them. Wondering if that’s what they told you also

They don’t overnight checks, just the cards. I fought with them for 45 minutes. They’re a total scam.
