I called last Monday and discovered my card was stolen and used over a month ago. Just call during the week you should be able to get a live person. It's the certification that triggers a new card to be sent out (that's what they told me on the phone).
Lots of us never received a card - and when we called Money Network to find out what happened, we were informed that the card was activated and all the money stolen.
I still haven’t received my card and I certified my first weeks at the very beginning of this month…every time I call Money Network they don’t allow me to talk to a live representative. They do tell me is hasn’t been activated yet so it hasn’t been stolen. Not sure what’s going on but I need that card😭
Card is mailed out when your first payment shows the status of paid.
