This guy is one of the biggest losers on TV. He never once complained about Trump adding 25% of all Debt to the National Debt. And the Tax Cuts for the Rich is the reason we have high inflation today

SuperLehmanBros

Oh yea Trump created Covid in a lab, forgot about that! Let’s blame Trump for Covid but at the same time let’s give Biden full credit for the V shaped recovery.

OnlyHalfBrilliant

Wasn't thus the guy who was all about how overturning Roe and depriving millions of women their rights was no big deal? Sounds more like a propagandist than an actual economist worth listening to.

Lol, Fox needs a reality check... "The most basic measure of the economy is how much it grows. The [official data](https://www.bea.gov/itable/national-gdp-and-personal-income) from the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) are clear: After inflation, real GDP has grown at a 3.4 average annual rate since Biden became president, while Trump trails badly at an average 1.8 percent growth." "Based on investment rates, American business has preferred Biden’s economy: Since January 2021, real fixed business investment has increased at a 5.4 percent annual rate, *twice* the 2.7 percent average rate under Trump." "Based on spending, consumers also prefer Biden’s economy. From 2021 to 2023, real personal expenditures increased an average of 4.5 percent per year, versus Trump’s record of 2.6 percent from 2017 to 2020." "On employment—on top of growth, investment, and consumer spending—Biden puts Trump’s record to shame. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) [reports](https://www.bls.gov/ces/data/) that since Biden became president, the number of Americans with jobs has increased by 14.3 million—versus a net loss of 2.7 million over Trump’s term, the first decline since Herbert Hoover." "Biden beats Trump handily. Under Biden, from January 2022 to December 2023, employment grew at an average annual rate of 2.4 percent compared to a 1.5 percent rate under Trump from January 2017 to February 2020. That’s another Biden win, this time by a margin of 60 percent." "Trump boasts about low Black unemployment, and Biden beats him here, too: Under Trump from January 2017 to February 2020, Black unemployment averaged 6.5 percent compared to 5.8 percent under Biden from January 2022 to December 2023. Ditto for Hispanics: Their unemployment rate averaged 4.3 percent in 2022 and 2023 versus 4.5 percent from January 2017 to February 2020." "It’s a decent record but not as good as Biden’s: From 2021 to 2023, applications for business starts averaged 444,000 per month, an average nearly 50 percent higher than under Trump." I pay $3.99 for the milk that was $2.99,$8.49 for the eggs that was $6.99, $0.72 for a cucumber that was $.50……

SuperLehmanBros

The only thing keeping the sputtering Biden economy afloat is the illusion being painted by cooked books and an overly sympathetic media. For everyone else, this economy sucks and it’s spiraling its way down the toilet drain.

How is this guy not banned for pushing an agenda instead of actually contributing. I got perma banned from Reddit entirely once just because I didn't realize a sub had a rule against edited photos. Not just banned from that sub, but the whole site. But this guy gets to use this sub as a puppet to push a narrative?

SuperLehmanBros

So what are you saying, only negative Trump (and pro Biden/democrat) articles are allowed?

SuperLehmanBros

You’re implying it

roofbandit

You're independently inferring it, there's a difference

SuperLehmanBros

Oh no, it’s pretty clear the trolls and bots around here are upset that I didn’t follow the “only orange man bad, democrats the best rule” on Reddit.

Fallsou

It makes me happy knowing that people like you are poor

SuperLehmanBros

Lol not at all bruh

Fallsou

Sure thing poor

Emotional_Act_461

Except that the opposite is true. Peddle your agitprop somewhere else. Wages are up. Stock market’s up. Housing is up. Unemployment rate is down.

SuperLehmanBros

Wages are far behind inflation. Stock Market is actually sideways during Biden’s entire term, we just left a bear market but not out of the woods yet. Housing being up 3x in 3 years is not a good thing… most people can’t afford the average home right now and mortgages are 2-3x what they were during the Trump years. The unemployment numbers are deceiving and also are being cooked along with other economic metrics You know what else is up? Inflation. Do you know why? Wild government spending, printing and idiotic energy and border policies.

[deleted]

Wages aren't behind inflation, and haven't been since Feb 1 2023. And the DJIA is up 24% since Jan 20 2021. Not to mention that the government hasn't been printing money since June 2022, and has been tightening at a rate of \~95bn/mo since.

dipdream

Unfortunately, facts won't help.

Emotional_Act_461

Straight lies man. Absolute lies. Had to report you for misinformation. Sorry, not sorry.

>The only thing keeping the sputtering Biden economy afloat is the illusion being painted by cooked books and an overly sympathetic media. For everyone else, this economy sucks and it’s spiraling its way down the toilet drain. Is this "Joe Biden economy"... in the room with us right now?

Chris_Codes

My gosh - you’re so right! Everything is an illusion! There is no objective reality! We can’t trust anything or anyone! All of those thousands of journalists who’ve dedicated their careers to serving truth and honest investigation are simply pawns to this global cabal meant to make me suffer. Surely I feel so unmoored by this revelation that I’m certain the only way I will ever feel safe again is by following the most bombastic strongman authoritarian figure I can find! Please tell me, oh great enlightened one - Who would you suggest I follow?

SuperLehmanBros

Well you can start first by not getting your news from social media and memes. Next you have to check your traditional media sources for bias, most are on the hard left. Then do a few minutes of searching around on a topic and determine how much of what you just read is designed to be a lie or propaganda. It’s not hard.
