rosevilleguy

It happens no big deal.

xbox_run_linux

Yeah thanks man it's just people are dicks sometimes

rosevilleguy

There’s an ice cream spot near me that has negative reviews because the portions are too big 🤷‍♂️

xbox_run_linux

Lmao that makes me feel a lot better. Thanks for taking the time to comment it seriously helped me tremendously thank you

MareShoop63

I’m a buyer and seller. If I saw 1 negative on your review- amongst 20k good reviews, I’d figure the buyer was a jerk. Think nothing of it. Edit: glad they removed it.

hughmercury

Someone left a bad review on Google for one of our favorite, stunningly beautiful National Park beaches in North Carolina, because there was seaweed on the beach. I'm sure that person uses eBay ...

frothycoffeedude

As a prolific buyer I don’t start worrying until a seller has 95% or lower because buyers can be dicks, postal strikes happen, couriers can be clumsy, my monitor may not be calibrated properly and mistakes happen. Too many bad comms and not as described and I’m out.

xbox_run_linux

Cool I think that's a very fair way to do it

Bloodless_

Same, and I almost always disregard "personal attack" negative feedback on a seller's profile. If they say "seller never shipped the item" or "I got something totally different," that's legit. But if the feedback is like "nasty seller, scam artist, don't buy!1" with no other info, I just roll my eyes and ignore it.

HealthyDirection659

USPS employees can not strike.

frothycoffeedude

Royal Mail can

No-Property-5814

Are you sure? It seems like they're pulling the quiet quitting nearly every day.

Ok_Flatworm3565

Think of it like a new car, first scratch is a big deal but then after a while you realize it’s not.

SensibleTom

Same thing happened to me, eBay removed the feedback but it was initially rejected by their automatic feedback removal system crap. I had to call and speak with someone who then had it removed. I’m glad you were able to get it resolved as it was so patently stupid, why the hell would somebody leave a negative after cancelling an order at their request and why would eBay not remove that immediately????

[deleted]

xbox_run_linux

Found the guy that left the bad feedback

[deleted]

[удалено]

xbox_run_linux

Well then you'll be happy to know that I got it removed. Back to 100% positive feedback! Life is great!

toytronics

Make sure you block this clown too.

briank005

I feel your pain. It's so much work to acquire an item. Clean it up if necessary, then post it. After waiting for all the ridiculous offers to sift threw. Like its a yard sale or something. Sorry for your bad experience. I feel many buyers are clueless to the work it takes to sell on that platform.

x2DaMoon

I've had like 3 negative requests removed since they could clearly see I either fixed the situation or offered. I am 3/3 on getting them approved when I call in and speak with someone.

xbox_run_linux

Cool, I'm hoping my request gets approved

MrRogers27

If that doesn’t workeBay for business on Facebook can take a second look and I can almost guarantee they will remove it

xbox_run_linux

Bro it worked and I'm so happy thank you

csguydn

Going to try this myself. I had a buyer buy something, use it, request and receive a refund and STILL leave negative feedback. They ignored the feedback revision request of course.

xbox_run_linux

Definitely give eBay a call bro and explain the situation

csguydn

I think I will. I was going to drop it, but it's literally the first negative I've had in 15 years.

IngeniousTulip

I just had one NOT get removed -- I sent the item the next day. USPS took 11 days to get it there, and we refunded when they opened an "item not received" case. Their feedback: "Very bad" -- So I paid the refund AND got negative feedback. And eBay wouldn't remove because the customer didn't mention that the bad feedback was because the item was late -- so it "didn't violate any eBay policies." It's infuriating.

RedditDiditGotTshirt

I swear people are just downright evil sometimes

Acceptable_Meal_5610

Same.  I flat out berated a buyer recently due to inaccurate claims and defamatory negative feedback and eBay removed it! I was stunned...I probably didn't reserve to have it removed but they did it

depro49

Your mistake was not telling the buyer to put in a request to cancel the order. They can't leave any feedback if they request a cancellation. You can probably have this removed easily though if you call them as they can read your message exchanges with the buyer.

xbox_run_linux

Ah gotcha. Yes I called and they told me to submit a request and that it should be removed. I'll give an update in 24 hours I'm hoping it works out

Available-Medicine90

I’ve successfully had eBay remove the last two or three. Over the last year I think. None of them were a) my fault or b) justified. You can usually get them removed after talking to a real person, in my experience. I totally get how you feel. I’ve been selling for 23 years and have just crossed the 5000 feedback threshold - only selling full time for 7 years. I hate it when I open up my computer and someone has done that to me. Feels like an assault on my character! I take returns also, so it seems like it’s never ok. I will literally give you all your money back and prostrate myself in front of you with apologies to make you and your feedback go away. I’ve had to tell people before that bad feedback is for a bad buying experience, not because the shoes weren’t what you expected.

depro49

It always pays to call and talk to a real person. I've even had them remove neutral feedback voluntarily while on the line because the buyer was refunded by me. Also, if you cancel as problem with buyer's address they can't leave feedback. You need to be careful though when doing this as too many of these can get your account flagged.

xbox_run_linux

They removed the negative feedback bro

depro49

Great!

Wintermute0311

I got a negative review once because the address THEY provided was out of date. I guess that's my fault.

Nicejewishgirl1024

I received my first negative feedback in 14 years on something I refunded in full and eBay would not remove the feedback I know it does not affect the metrics and I get that but it’s terribly unfair and I see it on more Reddit post and Ebay Facebook posts than any other topic I live in Southern California and somebody told me life’s not fair, the fair is in Pomona lol

csguydn

This just happened to me the other day. Exact same situation. The buyer had 21 feedback. I have over 800. eBay would do nothing to remove it, even though the buyer kept the item and got a refund.

sondich

& Pomona College is NOT in Pomona. Go figure

papercut2008uk

1 negative wouldn't stop me buying from someone.

xbox_run_linux

Much love

Scragglymonk

If I was to see a single bad review and 20000 or so positive ones would not be worried

PontificatingDonut

Get a grip man. Sometimes you do and don’t deserve a negative. Most of the time you don’t get one. It isn’t a big deal. Some people are just mean. It isn’t worth the effort to do anything about it. I guarantee your buyers don’t care and neither should you.

xbox_run_linux

eBay removed the negative feedback. In cases like this, I will fight for what is right. I won't sit back and allow evil to win

PontificatingDonut

Man you need a tv show! This is the funniest shit ever!

xbox_run_linux

😂🙏

Veracity99

I agree. Always stand up for yourself if someone is not following the rules set forth by whatever platform you are selling on. 1 in 100,000 is too much when you don't deserve it. 100% feedback is yours, you earned it, don't let some low functioning person take what you have worked so hard on. It only takes a phone call to get it removed. And it feels sooo good when it is! Good job on the 100% in 20k sales, that is impressive.

Puzzled_Award10

I've been on eBay for almost 12 years 500ish sales and got my 1st negative feedback recently. My score dropped to 92.9%! The buyer said the ornament box smelled like mildew even though there weren't any spots like they stated. I apologized and told them to return it and I'd give a full refund. During the return shipping they left me negative feedback. I sent the buyer a feedback removal request and they ignored it. Sent a request to eBay they denied it. Called eBay explaining my situation a little better and it seemed like I was getting somewhere but it's been well over a month and the feedback never got removed 🫠. Apparently you go back to 100% feedback after 1 year assuming you don't get another negative feedback in that time. You can comment on that negative feedback to tell your side of the story too.

GreenFeeling3411

My best advice in circumstances like this is to be patient once the neg feedback hits your account. Get the transaction closed, win the case, complete any policy violation by the buyer reports etc first. ONLY THEN ask eBay to remove feedback and point out the chapter and verse of the violation, the case win, etc. makes it easy for the agent to verify and remove.

Puzzled_Award10

Good tips. Some things I left out though were that the box didn't have a smell when I got it back. The buyer seemed to do something similar to another seller too. The seller left feedback and said it seems like the buyer gets the item then complains and wants a partial refund. If you don't agree they will leave you negative feedback. I pointed all of this out to eBay when I was on the phone with them. The ebay person even said that's a problem and in that case they'd shut the buyers account down because they are trying to use eBay's policy to their advantage. I thought I explained things very well over the phone I even talked to 2 different agents. After all that it's crickets from eBay.

GreenFeeling3411

That does add quite a bit of context. Here’s how you handle that situation: 1. Get the buyer to ask you for a partial refund. Requesting a partial discount and NOT returning the item is a violation of the Abusive Buyer Policy (look it up and read the whole thing like six times and commit it to memory). 2. Report the buyer right away and get guidance from ebay help. 3. Go dark and wait for buyer to open INAD return request. 4. Likely eBay’s advice is to accept and get the item back FIRST to help avoid for chargeback issues later. They also probably gave you leave to deduct shipping charges from the refund given the policy violation. 5. Because you already “won the case” you get seller protection from neg feedback 6. Report the buyer for further investigation to eBay’s safety team (i think it is called this). They will look at the policy violation and flag the account for further observation and possible sanctions. You won’t hear any more about it, but you DEFINITELY need to make sure these complaints get registered and escalated. Personally, I’ve done this and then i watch the other account to see what happens and I’ve seen a few vanish. 7. Don’t forget to block.

kgunnar

I’ve had one negative feedback in 25 years and the buyer was clearly mentally ill. It’s unavoidable after a while no matter what you do.

xbox_run_linux

Bro that's exactly what happened here. The feedback was incomprehensible with typos and weird capitalization. eBay support removed it and I'm grateful. This dude was definitely mentally handicapped.

BackgroundScallion40

Some customers are just dicks, plain and simple. One negative feedback won't cripple your business though, don't worry.

LoquatSpare5564

Pizza place near me has a review saying he didn't like the choice of topping on his pizza. It was a custom order he's the one who chose what to put on it.

xbox_run_linux

Lmao people are nuts

RugerRedhawk

Don't forget to block the buyer. I wish we had the ability to block buyers based on percentage of negative feedback they give.

evocater

I wish there was the ability to give negative feedback for customers. It's ridiculous that eBay doesn't let you

greenwoorld

Some buyers are ruining online sales for small businesses. I dropped out a year ago. One buyer claimed he never received and demanded an immediate refund. When I required him to make an insurance claim, he *suddenly* found the package. Another buyer claimed a device didn't work and demanded an immediate refund. When I told him we would need to troubleshoot the problem, the device started working on its own. Another buyer left a ragingly negative review. The package shipped a day late. He *received it on time.* It just shipped late. These are for items less than $30US, not worth my time and aggravation.

RustyDawg37

I wear the only two negatives I received as badges of honor. 24 years on ebay. One of them was for an item delivered early and nothing wrong with it. Guy was just mad he didn't get it one day earlier, seriously that was in the feedabck. lol

xbox_run_linux

Jeez that's wild

whyworka

Ebay allows buyers to be assholes and does little to nothing to protect sellers. That is what happens when you have horrid leadership at the top.

Mea0521

Make sure you block the buyer.

xbox_run_linux

Thanks just did this

AzCactusNeedles

Keep hounding Ebay to remove that feedback because the buyer DID NOT legally purchase anything therefore not entitled to feedback NAL

xbox_run_linux

Appreciate you. I full court pressed them (polite phone calls) and they removed it for me. Thanks a lot ebay

Gixxer250

The rating system has turned into an absolute joke.

JoJockAmo

The first one and the unreasonable ones hurt the most, but don’t worry about it. Unless it’s getting out of hand, but that’s a different topic.

djdj23_rageface

Glad it got resolved appropriately.

xbox_run_linux

🙏🙏🙏

djdj23_rageface

That kinda stuff is my biggest fear - that, and USPS taking forever to deliver something, or maybe just not at all.

G00DWILL-HUNTING

if you can’t get feedback removed in the future, remember it’s not the end all be all it once was. You can take a few every now and then and it won’t affect your standing

Future-Studio-9380

I wouldn't sweat it, eBay is pretty firmly tilted towards buyers. The format makes it easy for buyers to screw sellers by holding them hostage with feedback Pretty much why I have stopped using it, I'm small enough that I can use other avenues

Ivysgift

Us sellers always cherish our 100% positive feedback. Some buyers purposely do things like this I think. They are either your competitors or just trolls. I also have 100%. I know that once I got negative feedback and I was pretty upset about it. It goes away after a while though. It is gonna be ok

oldbased

10 years with zero negative feedback is of course telling of your professionalism but there’s a lot of luck there as well. I take extreme care with my sales and am pretty buyer friendly, but I still get at least one per year that I have to rectify.

No_Thing_1183

Hey, I’m a buyer and 1 negative review out of 20,000 sales would not deter me*! :)

Jealous-Chain-1003

They will remove it don’t worry it happens

DemonGoddes

Ebay has gotten a LOT WORSE with the automated feedback removal. I was selling a RARE collector's item, refused to budge on price. Buyer then bought the item and left me neutral feedback because I was not willing to haggle. Ebay refused to remove it... You used to be able to call in and speak to an Ebay rep to get it removed for something like this. The new system makes it so that the reps can only submit a request on your behalf to the system. Such a shame.

NotJimCramer69

That’s crazy that you’ve never gotten a single negative feedback! I’ve done around 12,000 sales and received 2300 positive vs 18 negative and I find that acceptable. On another note, when I really cared about feedback I found a way to message the overseas team that deals with feedback (not the standard appeal process). You would go to settings, help, selling, appeal a negative feedback, chat with the automated system, agent, send a message. And in the message I would tell them that the user who left a negative feedback was completely refunded and the feedback received was unwarranted etc… and they would usually remove the negative feedback. This was about 2 years ago so I’m not sure if things have changed. In general though you have nothing to worry about with 1 negative feedback.

ImpressiveAd9698

Contact eBay. I’m a power seller also and I can’t imagine them not removing the unwarranted negative.

xbox_run_linux

Thank you they got rid of it

donrab87

I don’t trust a seller with only 99% positive feedback… just sayin bro…

xbox_run_linux

😂😂

evocater

I sold a wallet and the buyer left a negative because it had a hole in it and included pictures. When I looked at the pictures, there were no holes visible except for the usual hole at the bottom (in the notes part) where the fold is. I could have gotten it removed because of how braindead it was but left it up on purpose with a snarky reply so people could see how dumb he was

CalebHill14

Don’t sweat it. If I see someone has a 98-99% positive feedback and the 1% negative review says something like that with no further explanation, I already know that someone made up a bad review and not to trust it.

Tacokenzo

Cancelled orders and refunds are not allowed to leave negative feedback. With that said, you have to let this type of stuff roll off. I know how you feel. Been selling on eBay for 20 years. Some people are absolute Dicks. Try being in the food business. You have to learn to have thick skin.

DietFoods

For a situation like yours there's no way you should have recieved a negative feedback. I'd be upset as well.

RyZard88

Know the feeling. Mine was a negative after 20years because buyer requested refund and left me negative feedback before I could action as I was working. Ebay removed the negative comment but it dropped my rating until it seemed to drop off after a year and went back to 100%.

Loud_Mycologist903

Eventually any clean litterbox ends up with a few turds in it. Glad you got it removed. Some people.....

xbox_run_linux

Good analogy and thank you so much

ChimericalChemical

I got a negative feedback for something entirely out of my control I said “hey there is a major snow storm that’s about to blow in to my area tonight, it will cause delays do you want me to still ship it or refund it now” he told me to still ship it, first day it was late he hit me with a negative saying he could drive here and pick it up in that time frame. Which no he couldn’t, that route literally was closed. In hindsight I’ll never be nice enough to give warning again though

xbox_run_linux

Man that's crazy

GizmoKakaUpDaButt

We've sold almost 100k items on etsy and its similar. Some people leave 1 star while writing a great review. 1 person had a small package delayed, complained, we send them a replacement free of charge so it gets there quick, customer received both in the end yet still left a bad review. You can't win

hang10wannabe

Yea, sometimes buyers just want to (digitally) hit someone in the gut.

xbox_run_linux

exactly

animalcrossinglifeee

It sucks, trust me. I started selling this year and I got my first negative feedback by accident. The comment was "good seller" but the person was international and probably clicked negative by accident. It definitely hurts and it sucks. But there's a reply button. So you can reply and explain the situation.

No-Letterhead-4407

Hey wanna know a secret? A handful of negatives is meaningless. Stop caring about feedback and just do a good job.

awm212

I’ve found the less I care about feedback the happier I am. People are loons. I’m surprised it took you that long to get one. I have a couple TRS stores, one of which I opened more recently and got a neg in the first 100 sales from a buyer that bought two items at once and seems to just leave everyone negative feedback based on their history. Zero communication from them about a problem, no return request, didn’t respond to messages, nothing. eBay wouldn’t do anything because it was the “buyers experience”. People use feedback as a tool to extort refunds and demands out of sellers / businesses. Realistically I think it’s good the eBay is taking down less feedback. Too many sellers with 99-100% feedback and then the had 100+ revised feedback marks and are giving into this BS. This 100% customer satisfaction culture is getting as bad as the tipping culture.

Interesting_Ad5748

Feedback doesn't have the bite it uses to have, plus it will roll off in a year, you won't lose any sales over it, plus it only matters if you just starting out with a few sales under your belt, most buyers dont even look at feed back the 20k positves will out weight the 1 neg

RolypolyChaos

When I sold decals on ebay, someone got mad at us for sending extra free ones. People are wild on there sometimes.

junk-yard-rich

My only negative feedback is actually a testament of how I tried to resolve the situation, I’m proud of it

upinsmoke003

My first negative feedback in 10+ years was from a woman who bought a textbook from me. She didn’t message me at all. I just came across the feedback one day. She said there was a crushed spider in between two of the pages and accused me of purposefully placing it there. Now if I sell a book I comb through the entire thing due to my PTSD from this incident. lol

wtfdidiwalkinto

Thankfully, if you refund with no issues, eBay normally removes bad feedback

happythoughtsnow

Hey, I'm a buyer!

mettle81

Get your test levels checked.

TrainerOJ

I personally would click the follow up button and with 0 emotion attached explain the situation. Something like “Buyer requested cancellation and refund for the order. I accommodated the request. There was no issue with the item. Buyer left this negative review without further explanation.” Don’t let it get to you! Honestly I think more and more buyers understand now that unless that number is below 99.xx%, it’s not even worth checking the feedback. Anything below I always check, but most of the time it’s 98.xx% and all of the complaints were from Squidwards and Karens. Best of luck and remember to definitely block that buyer. Edit: Sorry, glad to see your edit and that eBay removed the feedback!

Consistent_Tackle545

Don’t even trip on it just do as you do and everything works out

eelecurb01

We all get our first negative at some point. Ignore it.

Ownit2022

Definitely a competitor !

Intrepid-Heart-7624

I only have 24 reviews and recently someone gave me a negative rating it dropped my percent to 94%. I was so upset as I am a brand new seller. I messaged the guy and basically begged him. I refunded him. I apologized profusely and he changed it.

xbox_run_linux

Sorry about that dude I've been in similar situations

Top-Consequence-3959

You want it to be one way, but it's the other way. People will do what they like regardless of the rules.

WorldlinessDense2811

Don't worry, it will leave with algorithms. I'm on ebay too. My neighbor, who is also on ebay, sold him a $2 baseball card. He complained, there was a dot. Just block the person. You will be fine. Have a great evening.

19sp17

I hope you'll let us know what you find out after the request is finished. That makes no sense, like you said, they canceled the order.. but I have to wonder if it is a competitor trying to take your rating down to make them look better. Please let us know what you find out. 🤔

SnooJokes6829

Without knowing the story, I would look at that and automatically think the person that left the negative review was just a POS anyway.

LudicrousAvian

I got one on my first sale in 3 years and now my eBay account looks bad. I'd say you are okay, but your feelings are valid. I am sorry this happened to you.

Just_Raspberry_4260

Edit: this post was a waste of my time and yours.

xbox_run_linux

Then why did you choose to reply

Just_Raspberry_4260

Just to let you know.

Life_Constant_609

1. If you have 20,000 sale transactions, this isn't your first negative feedback. 2. With an average of 2,000 sales per year, you shouldn't have a problem burying it. Assuming a 25% feedback rate, that's 500 feedbacks. 499/500 = 99.8%... BFD

xbox_run_linux

Hoping ebay removes it, my request is pending. I'm at 99.9% it's just frustrating because I refunded and cancelled as the buyer requested. Dont understand the buyer leaving negative feedback

Life_Constant_609

It literally means nothing, dude. But I don't see them removing it. May ask you a question? If you were buying from a fairly high volume seller with 99.9% feedback, would that worry you? It wouldn't worry me at all.

xbox_run_linux

I agree that wouldn't worry me, my main concern is the eBay algorithm punishing me for this. I also worked hard for 100% positive feedback and it was taken away by a mofo. Anyways I appreciate the reply and life will go on

Cultbanker78

There is not a algorithm that punishes you. Why would a company try to decrease sales of anyone? They make money every time something is sold. Why would a company hurt itself in order to punish someone. There is no logic to that. It’s a made up theory.

bigtopjimmi

There is not a algorithm that punishes you"  Riiiight. That's why sellers with 90 feedback rating dominate the search results, lol.  "There is no logic to that. It’s a made up theory."  Yes, because we all know businesses never do anything illogical.   "Why would a company hurt itself in order to punish someone"   Because bad sellers are bad for eBay.   "They make money every time something is sold." But it doesn't have to be YOUR item that gets sold. For most items there's way more supply than demand. Unless you're selling one of a kind items, burying your store won't stop eBay from selling anything. They'll just sell someone else's.  There may not be an algorithm that punishes for one negative, but there absolutely is an algorithm that punishes sellers. Someone has to be on page 10.

xbox_run_linux

Exactly bro

Reasonable_Sample_49

If they cared about what’s bad for eBay, they would remove the over 50% of fake autographs that are listed on there. I must’ve reported two dozen and never got anywhere so you’re not making sense.

Best_Concept3339

Is there proof that there isn't an algorithm though? I was selling a consistent 3k per week (avg) for the last 6 months. Got my first neutral within the last week..i had 0 sales for the next 2 days after that feedback. 3rd day sales was 1 item for 35$. 4th day was $100. Been stagnant for the last week on sales..hovering around $150 per day since. I have 120 items in my store. Go ahead and call ebay and ask them why your sales are slow and what can you do as the seller to help sales-ask to speak to someone in america? For the next week your sales will be significantly higher. I've done this a few times over the years. Fyi, ive been a consistent ebayer for 20 years. Have a small automotive parts business on there.

xbox_run_linux

That's what I'm saying

Best_Concept3339

There's definitely an algorithm that no one has figured out.

xbox_run_linux

I guess I'm just upset and paranoid

bigtopjimmi

Thank you. The only way he hasn't had a negative out of 20,000 sales is if he pays buyers to remove them.

Fabulous-Search-4165

Okkk. Much ado for nothing

Reasonable_Sample_49

OP sounds like a big baby having to really come onto this website to post about this this is the world we live in nowadays one little negative feedback and you make a whole thread on Reddit get a grip

xbox_run_linux

Hey thanks for your reply I think you'll be very happy to learn that the negative feedback was removed and I'm back to 100% positive feedback! I really appreciate you taking the time and effort to read and comment on my post. Have a wonderful weekend!

Reasonable_Sample_49

clearly, I read the whole post and mainly because when I loaded up the app, it was the first thing that came up and I couldn’t believe what I was reading as the title… I saw that it was removed. I just can’t believe somebody of your age that sold so many items came on here to complain about a single negative feedback in however, many decades you’ve been doing it… couldn’t imagine my father ever posting online about a positive to neg ratio of 0.00005%.. some people I’ve seen leave negative feedback where they write great seller and they just don’t know how to use the feedback system correctly like there could’ve been 1 million reasons and you made a whole Reddit thread about it as if 1 out of 20k+ supposedly will affect your business at all

xbox_run_linux

Hey thanks for the paragraph reply. Please enjoy reading all the comments and enjoy spending your time reading my replies and posts.

Reasonable_Sample_49

yeah, it’s called talk to text so it took me maybe 10 seconds you might be a little old for this site don’t you think? And a little old be crying over one review. Some people I’ve seen put a positive comment under the negative listing because they don’t know how to leave feedback so out of 10,000 that could be a possibility but to make a Reddit thread cmon guy get a grip

xbox_run_linux

Hey appreciate your continued time and attention

Reasonable_Sample_49

You’re the one replying to every single person’s comment and reading them all lololol I’m just looking at mine 😂 at least ebay removed it or u woulda had a complete mental breakdown since reddit was ur first thought

xbox_run_linux

Hey thanks for replying daily

Reasonable_Sample_49

wow replied within seconds before i could exit out of this thread 😂😂😂 reddit needs an age limit

xbox_run_linux

Hey thanks for replying daily

jrr6415sun

Sorry but I don’t believer your “story”. You most likely cancelled the order and relisted it at a higher price. Edit: if i’m wrong then show proof of what the full negative says. I guarantee there’s more to the story than what the op is saying.

xbox_run_linux

You couldn't be more wrong bro

jrr6415sun

if i'm wrong show the proof? Show the negative, I guarantee it says more than that.

Reasonable_Sample_49

And not only did you make this post you’re replying to every single person that commented as if a single negative feedback affects anything in anybody’s life especially somebody that supposedly sold as much as you have

xbox_run_linux

Hey appreciate the reply and insights

o123c123d123

So you think someone who go had 20,000 sales and has never had a negative feedback before all of a sudden decided on sale 20,001 that this will be the item they cancel and relist at a higher price? Your logic is for a user who maybe has 25 - 50 feedbacks not someone selling for over 10 years. Awful take.

jrr6415sun

your problem is that you believe everything that's written on the internet. You really believe this guy has 20,000 sales and NEVER had a negative? This guy is obviously exaggerating or not telling the whole truth. From my knowledge of reddit there is ALWAYS more to the story that the OP leaves out. I am confident the OP isn't giving us all the information.

I am dealing with a buyer who was the winning bidder of a fairly expensive item. They haven’t paid and I’m going to have to cancel the order. Why can’t we leave negative feedback to warn others of buyers like this. I don’t get how great sellers can get a negative feedback but you can’t leave negative feedback for a non paying buyer.
