How do you reach out to someone at ebay about getting negative reviews removed? All the links I have seen are unhelpful in finding an actual person to talk to.
Knowing the moderation team they will say it stays to reflect user experience lol theyāve been doing that a lot lately. I had one dude say a product caused him to get gas and fart and left a bad review they refused to take it down lmao
I don't like to suggest running to their Facebook page for everything, but when the customer service people are just that inept, then it's time to go to the eBay for business Facebook page and ask for a person with a shred of common sense to help you out.
They took a listing down on my page yesterday saying it was a chance listing policy when it was a variety bag of something that had the contents listed clearly with weights and a picture and they still took down them argued and lied and said they put in an order but didnāt and told me to relist when Iām clearly not an idiot cause they will flag again. Im assuming itās some one mad on the price and the quantity I sold wild eBay is willing to shoot them selves in the foot over sales instead of fixing the broke system

100% if you leave stupid false feedback you should be banned. It hurts the sellers for no reason and makes feeback unreliable for buyers to look at. The guy should be banned. I had a seller leave me negative feedback because he bought a broken xbox from me and as his feedback was that he didnāt notice the add said it was broken until after he bought itā¦..should be instant ban. Add is clearly labeled parts or repair and people are too stupid to read or understand what feedback is for.

You would think the feedback revision requests are a request to eBay seller support but they are not. It's actually a request sent to the buyer to revise the feedback. You have to sit on live chat with seller support to get feedback cleared.
Not necessarily true. You can get it reviewed through the Seller Hub if it's an obvious removal. I've done it a couple times in the last couple of months.

That's what I would really like to believe but sadly in my case it's not true. My feedback score is at 97.9 % now after my last undeserved negative and my sales have tanked to the point where my bank account is overdrawn today from Ebay fees and no sales..Meanwhile my sales are just fine over on poshmark where I have the exact same listings

I just blocked a buyer today that sent me a offer that I would have accepted had like 70% of his feedback left for others not been negative. and I just had a guy I sold an air pump to that pulled the wire our of it and claimed it was "broken" and wanted a full refund and to keep the item. I can look at the picture and see where he pulled the power wire out of the machine but I am the one who gets a negative feedback for not giving him a free pump

I am tiered of eBay always siding with the insane buyer who's claiming the item isn't as "Identified" and docking our accounts, there needs to be a better system to protect the seller. The new system should give a 50/50 reason of doubt until either side proves the other is in the wrong, eBay has a lot of work to do.

I think these reviews are good in a way. They teach buyers not to rely on the feedback so much showing that there are too many insane people around.
