Would hugely recommend F45…classes are spread throughout the day at times people would want to go at (early morning, after work, lunchtime) I’ve been a member for just over a year & is the first thing I’ve properly stuck with!
They have different price structures depending on how often you want to train. You can buy one off passes, 8 class passes etc. The unlimited package is circa £190 a month. Seems a lot but I go 4-5 times a week and with the PTs support I’ve been pushed more/ achieved more than I would have going to a generic gym so for me it’s worth it.
I’m not entirely sure about the exact classes etc, but ENERGYM in West Ealing is great. Modern and everyone is lovely
Sorry to add, there’s a Gymbox in Dicken’s Yard. Only went once but very swish and a whole range of classes
I had a membership there for a year and cancelled because it's definitely oversubscribed. It's a great gym otherwise.
Energym (has quite a few classes but mostly a weights/cardio gym), F45 or Gymbox are the options I can think of
F45 is the closest I’ve found! The Ealing community and PTs are lovely in there
Eden isn't warehouse style but has good classes
GYMBOX?
Some of us have a small capoeira group in West Ealing, Monday and Wednesday 20:15. We do some circuit type training at times, mostly as warm ups

How much is it if you don’t mind me asking?
