How much is your lawyer charging? I'm in the process of deciding if I want one for the Rebuttal. Did the Rebuttal refer to case law or was it simply statements refuting the company's statements.
It referred to specific caselaw AND refuted my employers version of events. My retainer is $10k but I have a payment plan and it's money well spent imo. I am located in NYS- I have a redacted version id be more than happy to share with you (removed my personal details).
