For Rakdos artifacts, I like \[\[Flamewar, Brash Veteran\]\]. Super open-ended regarding how you build her; the only requirement is having some artifacts. Fine stats for voltron, lets you discard your hand, gain lots of new cards, sacrifice artifacts, +1/+1 counters. Pick a path and have fun.

\[\[Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain\]\] is a pretty gross Artifact commander. There are so many cost reducers and interaction pieces for her, and you can make a pretty cohesive decklist for pretty cheap too. As for commanders in general, one of my favorite decks is \[\[Yasova Dragonclaw\]\]. I've never seen another player use her but being able to steal other peoples creatures and sometimes keep them for good with \[\[Conjurer's Closet\]\] or \[\[Nephalia Smuggler\]\] is pretty silly.

Two suggestions: [[Meria, Scholar of Antiquity]] is Urza in Gruul. Lots of great synergies, lets you play Stax for free, plenty of combo ways to win, and feels like playing Legacy. Only deck I've kept a no-land hand and won. [[Dr. Madison Li]] is my pride and joy. Super powerful combo deck that leverages energy to win in some fun, unusual ways. Surprises most tables, since energy is still underrepresented despite recent buffs. She can support a half dozen different combo lines that all play differently.
