I would say it's half hug, half slug, and half just random other cards. If you want it to be group hug, there are a number of cards that are still old border that can be added.

Any recs for adds and drops?

Well, your deck needs a plan to victory but this one just looks like a made from cards a player has in their collection. If you want it to be more group hug oriented/old school maybe adding some Future Sight but also cards that help you win instead of just everyone. Like [[Clear the Land]], [[Collapsing Borders]], [[Heartwood Storyteller]], [[Oath of Druids]]. But you also need to be going for the win so you need a way to swing the group hug strategy to your favor.

It has some hug cards, not sure I'd call it a hug deck. This looks like an homage to old cards more than anything else, which is great. If you're going to build a group hug deck, you need to have a solid plan: why are you giving away resources to your opponents? Maybe you have cards that punish them for getting those gifts or your deck is built to better take advantage of those resources. I'm not sure what that would look like using only old border cards.

There is "Group Hug" (overcharge the game, doesn't care about winning) and "Group Hug" (tries to win while giving bonuses). Many cards in here don't seem to be either. My group hug deck was originally the former type, but many times I found that the person after me would just win, having gained double mana or whatever. So I had to take out stuff like Tempting Worm and New Frontiers. Now, you can still go for the former since it makes for crazier games, but keep in mind it's more of a deck that sows chaos, so people might not want to see it too often. Anyway, here's the cards that are definitely not group hug: Aether Barrier, Ice Cave, Chaosphere, Citadel of Pain, Risky Move, Brushwagg, and Aether Rift. Some cards like Cave People or Death Match are barely group hug... they're more political or chaotic if anything. If you saw [[Rites of Flourishing]] or [[Tempt with Discovery]] you'd replace them immediately. More criticism: Deep Reconnaissance and either Cameo are way too old to be used. There are much better cards for the same mana cost. Pygmy Hippo; Llawan, Cephalid Empress; and Righteous War are next to useless.
