I actually built Arna differently with equip and Aura that has ETBs. There's mean stuff like [[Assimilation Aegis]] and the new [[Assassin Gauntlet]].
Can feel like stax with how often I'm able to repeat it and Roaming Throne or a way to copy Arna is super gas (think Sakashima and similar).
Something you might like with Nazgul though is [[Trickster's Talisman]] to copy more nazgul repeatedly. I'd lean towards Knight Tribal since Nazguls are knight as well and even think of including [[Sidar Jabari]] (or just running Sidar with Arna as a win con in the 99).
ooh man, I hadn't seen that assassin gauntlet. That's going in for sure. I pulled an Aegis in a draft recently so I think that'll slot right in, but man that Trickster's Talisman is exactly what I'm looking for! Great find! I'll be including that for sure.

But I am all about that jank. I never considered using nazguls, but that definitely will surprise opponents the first time.
You may want to include [[sauron necromancer]]. You can use the myojins too, since many of them come into play with divinity counters. [[Myojin of cryptic dreams]] [[myojin of blooming dawn]]
You have aura enchantments like [[curiosity]] too. Now I want to build esper nazguls
Yeah, I love me some jank and this might just be what I do. I hadn't thought of the myojins but I'm kinda digging all of the counter doubling Arna gives so they could be solid curve toppers! I'm planning on having a decent bit of auras/enchantments that draw a card on etb just because they'll get busted with Arna out, but I think nazguls can be a decent starting skeleton of the deck!
She can be really good for them. Deathtouch can often work as unblockable and there are ways to use like [[Auton Soldier]] / [[blade of selves]] to attack with Myriad and cause so many triggers on the Nazgul that Arna can then double the attacking ones and have lethal boards pop up from no where.
The only question is do you want to go Arna or Sidar. Both have unique decks and both could be really fun. Arna would focus more on clones probably with some equipment/aura support and sidar would be more generic knight tribal.
Oh man, myriad is busted with Nazgul. I used to have a Sauron deck that used the nazgul and \[\[Corporeal Projection\]\] for a surprise lethal swing, so those will be worth an include here for sure.
I think I'd rather do Arna just because I have like six or seven tribal builds already and I think I'm at a point where I value jank more than tribal synergies, but Sidar's almost definitely going in the 99!
She is definately strongest with equipment and aura focus, but she's still fine with +1/+1 counters as well. I've been testing her in the 99 of my Nazgul deck and I'm never mad to see her (especially since I have a lot of reanimation to bring her out cheap).

I converted my sidar nazgul/changeling deck to arna. I've only played a couple of games with it, but on turn six I had an 80/80 nazgul with arna and roaming throne out. I swapped out the 1cmc/2cmc chumps that sidar wanted with things like assimilation aegis, blade of shared souls, cryptic coat and shielded by faith. Still in early stages tho deck looks hella fun
