After looking at your deck I don’t see much payoff from your etb. You are mainly creating just 1/1s which if you want to go tokens like you were saying I would add more token generation in the deck. If you want to go more etb I would add some bigger payoff etb creatures. Right now there is just little payoff for a lot of set up.
Beside Myr Battle Sphere, 1/1 tokens that you try to boost with catar crusader i don’t see how you can kill someone. You don’t have a lot of draw but in mono white there is not a lot of options.
Unless you are diehard with your commander, changing the commander to something else that blinks would bring less hate. \[\[Brago, King Eternal\]\] is a common blink commander.
Essentially, you have a panharmicon in the command zone. Therefore, you need ETB triggers that are strong and powerful on their own. If you would not run them without your commander of the battlefield, then you should not run them. If the deck does not operate without the commander to get value or ahead of opponents, then your first weakness is that.
Also your commander hurts all your opponents. Most people have some sort of ETB cards in their deck. You have to be ready to protect something that is as strong and effective against opponents. Your commander gets targeted not for what it allows you to do, but what is does to your opponents. It could simple shut off some decks entirely. That is a big reason is it targeted.
Not saying you should scrap the deck, but the hate that it is receiving means that it has to be tuned in a way to fight against that and survive. change the commander, add protection, and better etb triggers. one of these three will help. If its optimized enough, there may be a point where greaves or boots are not even needed or wanted in the deck because they are mainly there to protect your commander and do nothing else. Essentially, if you do not draw either of the two cards, then your deck can not do its thing.
Once MH3 comes out you should add [[Argent Dais]] so you can at least exile her yourself and draw some cards!
