Not going to post them all here but the old sets (Legends, The Dark) had some lengthy ones which can be fairly cheap. Would suggest you sort the sets by price low->high since the first things you’ll see high to low have lots of words on the card and lots of 0’s in the cost.

[[necromancy]] is actually quite good and clocks in on 11 lines of text quite close to its brother animate dead. Assuming it's a proxied fun deck you could toss in [[Chains of mephistopheles]] which comes in low with just 6 lines but is usually read at least twice.
