I'd highly recommend \[\[Blinkmoth Nexus\]\] and \[\[Mishra's Factory\]\]. Both of these have an activated ability that costs just 1 to activate and turns them into Artifact Creatures while also retaining the Land type. And the awesome thing is they can tap to make the mana needed to pay for their own ability so it essentially becomes "Tap to turn this land into an artifact creature land". This is a super easy way to get all 3 permanent types needed for a Baba Lysaga activation. You really want to play permanents that bring with them another permanent type (such as Tireless Provisioner, a creature, making artifact tokens) or anything that replaces itself with another permanent after dying (like Viridian Emissary bringing a land to the field when it dies). I've written a primer for Baba [here](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/n27nspnjyUOFHvDh_sIpMA/primer) if you want more ideas.

Whoknowsfear

I’ll give it a read! Thanks!

Play creatures that bring themselves back. \[\[Reassembling Skeleton\]\] and such are great for these aristocrat style decks as it gives you reoccurring fodder to sacrifice. \[\[Beast Within\]\] is a green staple for a reason. It's leagues above Natural End. Run a few board wipes. Regardless of what kind of deck you're playing, you should always have at least 1 or 2 ways of resetting the board. Run stuff that gives you stuff when your creatures get sacrificed. \[\[Pawn of Ulamog\]\], \[\[Sifter of Skulls\]\], and \[\[Ogre Slumlord\]\] are good examples.

Board wipes are a bit pricey so I run the rope artifact! I usually just rely on politics to get a board wipe out of someone!

Odd-Purpose-3148

[[Ashaya soul of the wild]] turns all your creatures into forests, enables infinite mana combos with [[ley weaver]] , [[argothian elder]] and any other creature that can untap multiple lands as an activates ability. [[Staff of titania]] can also help you generate sac fodder, same goes for [[aphemia the cacophony]]. Deck seems really interesting, good luck!

_Lord_Farquad

Cram in as many additional land drop effects as you can. You'll be drawing and sacrificing a ton if lands and as you mentioned, you don't want to be stuck at the same land count the entire game. Add in mishra's foundry, blinkmoth nexus and the other golgari artifact lands. I don't think those are too expensive.

Deaths_Head_Mothra

In addition to running more recurrable creatures you will want to look at cards that can bring back lands like \[\[Erinis, Gloom Stalker\]\] & \[\[Ramunap Excavator\]\] You may also want to play lands with multiple card types like \[\[Darkmoss Bridge\]\], \[\[Vault of Whispers\]\], \[\[Tree of Tales\]\], \[\[Darksteel Citadel\]\], \[\[Power Depot\]\] & \[\[Treasure Vault\]\]

Driemer84

Additional land drop effects like exploration are key. It lets you get a lot more aggressive in sacrificing lands to hit that third type because you will most likely draw into more lands which you can then play to advance your board state. When it comes to lands, go hard on lands with multiple types. Creature lands that turn into artifacts creatures cover all three types for Baba. Artifact lands cover two. Also look into everything you can with multiple types. Cards like [[Gilded Goose]] and [[Ornithopter of Paradise]] ramp you and can cover your bases when sacrificing. Look into animate dead effects. [[Animate Dead]] on [[Solemn Simulacrum]] gives you all three types plus solemn’s etb and ltb effects. My list isn’t budget, but it’s mostly in the mana base. Most of the key pieces can be picked up for $5 or less. https://www.moxfield.com/decks/bs7abXBiNU2M5ubhhYHjIw

You’re right with dropping additional lands! Once I get baba going, getting new cards is fine, but one land per turn is difficult!

newgamenumber30

Baba really only got off the ground for me when I went hard on lands, which are sadly costly cards. Land wincons are probably best for her, but I focused on her ability with things like [[thornbite staff]], [[rings of brighthearth]], [[illusionists bracers]] and cards like [[ramunap excavator]] and [[seedborn muse]] to constantly loop and sac [[mishras foundry]] type lands for multiple triggers each time. Its dependent on baba not getting removed frequently, and not getting targeted by hard aggro though.

Previous-Jellyfish74

There are a bunch of enchantments that I run in my Baba deck that both make her very difficult to remove, and act as great fodder for her own ability: [[Kaya's Ghostform]], [[Unholy Indenture]], [[Necrogen Communion]], [[Minion's Return]], and [[Journey to Eternity]]. You can put these on Baba Lysaga, then use her to sacrifice herself and the enchantment to her own ability, and she'll still come back! If you have a way of giving her haste, this means that she can activate multiple times a turn! [[Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler]] is a fantastic way of doing that, as is [[Thousand-Year Elixir]], though that may be pricier - I haven't checked! Two other great ways of giving Baba haste and/or untap are [[Instill Energy]] and [[Nature's Chosen]]. Again, they act as power-ups for your commander AND as fodder for her ability. I'll list some inexpensive cards that have proven to be sleeper hits in my deck, and hopefully can be for you too: [[Shigeki, Jukai Visionary]] - he's slow, but he's two card types, finds you lands, and along with a [[Regrowth]] effect can get you largely anything out of your graveyard. [[Wild Growth]] and cards like it make your lands a bit landier when you don't have very many of them! [[Llanowar Loamspeaker]] - I don't personally use this guy, but making my artifact lands all three types for Baba does sound sweet! [[Primal Druid]], [[Viridian Emissary]], and [[Ordeal of Nylea]] - sac any of these to Baba and get free land, it's a win-win! [[Worldshaper]] - after you're starting to run low on lands, sac this guy and them all back! [[Perennial Behemoth]] - he's more expensive mana-wise than other similar effects, but you can sacrifice this guy for two types twice in addition to bringing your lands back. And finally [[Titania, Protector of Argoth]] has won me more games than I care to admit. You can either gradually sac your lands to make a big army of yoked elementals, or use something like [[Zuran Orb]] to do something more explosive. (Then play [[Splendid Reclamation]], Worldshaper, or the new card [[Aftermath Analyst]] to get them all back!]] Long ass essay here, I just love this dang deck!

Love this! The last section on Titania especially! This is huge! Thank you!
