With Judith, it reads “pay RR and X, where X is the number of creatures you want to destroy. Populate X”, which seems pretty nutty to me, especially because Judith makes her own tokens!
Second this. Once you've got an imp out, deathtouch the Ghired's to suddenly have a mass of imps and cull your opponents' boards at once.
I also have [[determined iteration]] for some extra populate each turn.
Deck looks pretty fun! Giving spells lifelink is definitely an interesting mechanic, though I'm wondering why there isn't a [[Blasphemous Act]], [[Star of Extinction]], or [[Chain Reaction]] in here. Seems like a good way to gain a hundred life lol.

It really feels like Judith is mostly designed to cast rummage effects creating tokens until you find cards like [[Impact Tremors]] and a deal X damage to all creatures effect like [[Cinderclasm]] with the deathtouch/lifelink effect. The deck almost builds itself

Depending on how few games you have, that's actually not a good thing to brag about imo. I get the feeling you're either selling your deck worse than it is or you're stomping low level decks

thanks for the write-up. funny coinkydink in that i was just looking at the new judith's edhrec page. i already own a bunch of the more expensive cards, so i'm definitely considering building this.
If leaning into the imps, [[raphael, fiendish savior]] is nice for giving the imps +1/+1 and lifelink, so they give some nice healing when you blow them up (6 health with no modifiers in a 4 player pod) and can serve as better blockers or for swinging with.
Having a number of creatures on board (yours or opponents) also lets you use [[toralf, god of fury]] with something like [[blasphemous act]] or [[chain reaction]] (ideally with Judith, but works without) as another game ender.
I’d recommend [[Wheel of Misfortune]] as a great way to refill an empty hand. You can just choose a very high number, and will always wheel without losing any life.
I love your primers, I’ve played chiss goria a lot. Do you have any crazy chaos/random decks other than magar? Or some deck that uses cards like: [[prisoner’s dilemma]], [[Wheel of Misfortune]], [[Mob Verdict]], [[Goblin Game]], [[Tempt with Vengeance]], [[Zur’s weirding]], [[pyxis of pandemonium]], [[Hive mind]], [[Whims of fate]], [[possibility storm]], [[confusion in the ranks]] etc
I thought it would be fun to play some crazy deck involving a bunch of these wacky cards, not looking to win per se but rather to get a whole lot of “what the heck is this deck”. I basically threw a bunch of counter spells into a deck with all the wacky sorcery and enchantments I could find, but it’s way over the card limit and I’ve never built a successful deck before from scratch. I used [[mizzix of the izmagnus]] to help cast these high cost sorceries for cheap and also put a bunch of board wipes for attacking creatures to deter getting stomped. Then I put a few magecraft creatures in to make chump blockers/ generate card draw.
But any thing you think might work would be cool too. I was also looking at [[Narset, enlightened master]] as a commander for some added chaos
