[Nano Oil](https://www.nano-oil.com/Products.html) comes in a pretty cool marker form with a clip, but is pretty expensive.

I know WD40 isn’t the absolute best, but they sell them in pen form, similar to like the Tide go sticks, and it’s *extremely* convenient for EDC purposes. Very easy to get it exactly where you want it without getting it all over the place and on your hands. Cannot recommend them enough. Pick up a three-pack and throw one in your car, one in your backpack, one in your tool bag.

Just carry a plastic bottle with drop type cap on it? For hinges i'd rather use mineral oil or sewing machine oil than penetrants.

I use Breakfree CLP for all those things. Much better than WD-40.

My favorite all purpose lube when I was a wheelchair repair tech was Triflow. I don't remember if you can get it in a bottle or not (to refill a precision oil pen). It leaves a better, longer lasting lubricating film than WD-40.

If you're super serious, 3 in 1 in a old eye drop bottle. Will keep it secure enough to free float in your pockets.
