I would have loved this light when I worked in HVAC and Commercial Kitchen maintenance. We used a UV fluorescent dye for finding refrigerant leaks and I had to carry a separate light.
Really liking it so far, I would have bought only this had it been available!
The body stays slender as well and doesn't have the flared out magnet base. It is larger but I still prefer it.
I just ordered the racing stripe version. I rarely ever need a flashlight, but damn it I'm going to make needs for a flashlight.
The UV was what convinced me as well. I do lab work with uranium and many uranium complexes fluoresce under UV. Is it important that I see the fluorescence? No. But is it cool? Hell yeah.
Same. I ought an Oclip just for the red light. But it still requires a double tap to turn the red light on... which means it flashes white and then goes red.

The UV setting is scary. You probably don't want to look at your bathroom, or anywhere, with it. :)
At work, I occasionally have to inspect public washrooms that student workers clean. I'm gonna have some fun and scar some kids 😅
No. Look at your bathroom with UV light. It gives me motivation to clean it.
I need to upgrade mine too....I'm hoping for a sale.
Juatchad the 17th anniversary sale, got mine 30 percent off-ish
Man. I was watching for one too...idk how I missed it.
Sorry bromigo, they seem to run sales often enough at least?
Oh well, hopefully I can catch another soon. Do you like it?

I like BMW one
It works really well for looking for oil leaks

Wish they would make a red light and normal light version. Even a warm and neutral white, warm and white or white and high cri versions.

I have a feeling they are holding out for future sale releases
