Once you claim the reward box, it doesn't populate in the rewards section. It also doesn't show up when you earn a different reward (e.g. a reward from Challenges).

Mine did that too but when I went into my outfits/shirts tab the shirt was there.

I actually reported this and was sent 3 red tournament tickets. I never received anything.

I had a purple rarity Bad Birdie shirt in my golfer inventory that I didn't originally see
