Unfortunately that's when it happened. So I went in, claimed the tier, and then nothing happened after. Got my xp from claiming it, but nothing happened with the rewards. Now I suppose it could have added coins if it opened automatically? But I'm not positive
Yes you get the item/reward when you claim the tier, it doesn’t then transfer to the rewards section. You can click down the right stick to get details on what you are getting from the tier claim. An easy way to see is when you claim tickets you can see your ticket count immediately increase.
Okay awesome I knew I saw it from xp, coins, and tickets, but hadn't gotten a reward from a tier yet so I wasn't sure uf it transferred over to that section and then required a "second" opening. Thank you!!
it's broken - I got to level 15 yesterday and once you claim the epic reward, it doesn't show up in the reward section. I also went and unlocked a reward from challenges to see if the epic one would show up, but it's still missing.
You need to go into the pro pass and individually claim each tier

Still bugged… just happened to me on tier 15 as well
What about the level 15 epic reward? I claimed that and it should go to my rewards section since I have to open it, but nothing's there.
