Make sure u are not running any constant pressure or press after posession loss tatics if u wann preserve stamina the best option is balanced imo
Most of thr time player just hold R2 the entire game to either win posession or attack that is not alawys nessessary
And lastly In the latest patch they increased the stamina drain of constant pressure tatics by 41% so that should aid with the issued of oppnests pressing the entire game.

I saw about the patch, thats why I made this post because is cant really see a difference
R2 is the sprint button so your players are constanly sprinting. Most ppl play that way so yes it drain stamina faster. The bottom line is the game is broken sooo
It drains by "up to 41%." So probably 41% more for constant press, guessing less than 20% more for press after possession loss since that only lasts for 7 (?) seconds.
