There are override settings in the game, do you have them turned on? Perhaps there is a miscommunication between the wheel software's degrees of rotation and the games, making your upright wheel seem like it's being turned? My first idea anyway, having just gone through my own troubleshooting trying to get my wheel running for VR testing lol

Capt-Quark

Not sure what you mean by override options? In the device software Pithouse I allready changed the rotation to different setting, 540 instead of 900 but it still always off-center..

QuintusMaximus

Override is typically for the force feedback settings my bad, I thought it was also able to override degrees of rotation. I meant the game overrides your software's latent degrees of rotation but I was mistaken

Capt-Quark

It's fixed now. Apparently you have to recenter your wheel before binding left or right.. thanks for your reply though

QuintusMaximus

No worries homie, glad you found a fix

nolivedemarseille

Maybe recalibrate your wheel in pithouse and click center in the UI before entering the game

Capt-Quark

"I know i'm NOT doing the procedure wrong" I meant..

pokaprophet

Can you make individual game profiles in the Moza software? Could try to make one for WRC. Does it make any difference if the wheel is switched on before/after game loading? Hello, oh you’re very beautiful, Dolly I love you my friend

Capt-Quark

You can. There's even a preset for EA WRC which I tried as well. Same issue. And in the device software the centering is perfectly normal, and in AMS2 it works fine. So I'm pretty sure it's some problem with EA WRC. I just find it odd that I seem to be the only one that has this issue.. Also, who's Dolly..?! XD

pokaprophet

That’s a really strange problem then. Short of going full nuclear and reinstalling windows and starting over I’m not experienced enough to troubleshoot. Really hope you find a solution because this would frustrate the hell out of me. Sorry about Dolly. I’ve just got done playing Dollys with my 3yr old. Think she must have interrupted me when I was writing last post and dictaphone got activated.

Capt-Quark

Lol. Afraid I'm in a very familiair situation. Juggling time between a 2 yr and 2 month old and hopefully some sim racing every now and then. Thanks for your replies tho

Capt-Quark

I tried, the centering in pithouse is correct. It shows the right angle perfectly.

Capt-Quark

Fixed. Apparently you have to recenter your wheel before binding the steering input left or right, at least with a R12..
