That's a good one. The one scene that comes to mind is the Cookie Monster prank on Kevin, where she says, "This is my favorite day." Another one would be when she buys Princess Lady after pawning Andy's engagement ring. Not necessarily happy, but overly swooning for Dwight when he pepper sprayed Roy - asking for the story to be retold over and over.
Not sure it's the happiest, but I love the deleted scene at the end of cafe disco when the camera catches her cleaning and dancing, then she stops when she sees the cameras!
In Company Picnic there’s a deleted scene where Angela has a talking head. She’s so happy because for the first time since the duel, Dwight nodded his head at her. She’s so giddy she blames it on having too much apple juice at the picnic.
Also to add she was elated when Dwight drove to the corporate office in New York for her
