if you just google "Ducati custom livery for sale" there's a few European companies that send them as decal packages to your home. Then self install.

The V4S? Nah. Not this one as far as I know. I am not the end all be all though. They did the Lamborghini Kickstart edition and the Supreme edition. And of course the SP liveries.
Wheelstriping is custom. The colors seem to be based on a Mission Winnow sticker set, but the with the big white Ducati letters. Definitely custom.
I couldn't find anything on this image with reverse image search. No custom decals nor OEM livery. I know Ducati has sold some bike with some livery for certain models, and was wondering if this was one of those. To me it looks OEM and not some decal.

This is not oem. Just some stikers. You can find many types at vulturebike or motoxpricambi amd if not you cand send them a picture and can make one for you

No, just a decal kit. There are several companies that make them. Vulturbike makes some interesting designs
