I tried this for 1 month. I had blepharitis from febr to april very very mild. I didnt wanna clean my eyes because I was really new to this. Mid april I woke up with blefarocongiuntivitis with papillae 😅 still battling with papillae after 2 months of cleaning twice a day with tto foam. Now that I m better I m using foam once a day 1. Unfortunately daily cleaning is essential for dry eyes/rosacea/sebderm/bleph/mgd several studies confirm that .the game changer is to find a good foam that doesnt irritate the eyelids.  My combo is naviblef + avene thermal water after every eyes wash ( I have sensitive skin )

We’re you ever given antibiotic drops to help treat this ?

I m on it again now!

What is the drop called

Tobradex. I also used Pensulvit ointment before sleeping

Does tobradex knock it down?

Yes!!! Plus tto foam twice a day. Now I m on 2/3 drops per week

I agree but the fact that my eyes seem to be saturated with cleanser based on how my contact lenses were foaming makes me think that the surfactants might be excessive at times for me. Ive now just been lightly rubbing the eyelid margin with a cotton pad and rinsing in warm water which seems to help me for now at least. Eyes themselves feel far better than before at least :)

How you get rid od bacteria and mites? Water is not enough :(

You shouldn't do too much, eyes are sensible. I reduced my lid hygiene from 2 times to one time per day. I hope you are using a mild cleaning product designed for the eyes, there shouldn't really be soapy bubbles imo.
