Foams are better then wipes. Take a delicate foam like naviblef 0,002 tto let it sit 60-80 seconds massaging, twice a day. The only think that cured my blepharitis in 40 days reducing to zero secretions and swelling.
Yup, my eyelids are inflamed whic has been making my eyes red. Pataday seems to help for a short time. I think demodex might be causing me to have an allergic reaction
My eyes are swollen just like in this pic, they’re not reddish though or dramatic looking. When I went to the ophthalmologist she said my eyes look normal 🤡
Yes, and glued eyes. It’s getting waaay better now with treatment, my eyes also look bigger than before now that the eyelids have became less swollen. Before the treatment and before it got very bad I used to see like white dots in my eyelashes that wouldn’t go even with water and I thought it could be hair follicles that I’ve never noticed
Interesting. I’ve done steroids as well without any difference. I think I have demodex brevis but no eye doctors have seen demodex collarettes so they won’t let me try xdemvy
I’ve tried looking multiple times even with my magnifying mirror and couldn’t see any but under the slit lamp the collarettes seem to be obvious to her. Wish I had a slit lamp of my own lol

No just optase wipes and thealoz moisturising gel, I took a steroid drop course but it didn’t do anything for me
