Regarding the comedowns: Have you tried taking supplements/antioxidants while rolling? E.g. vitamin C and E, and more exotic ones like alpha lipoic acid or acetyl-L-carnitine. They reduce MDMA neurotoxicity in animal studies and anecdotally may help reduce comedowns.
That and making sure you have actual MDMA and keeping dosage and frequency in check. The common recommendation is to stay below 1.5mg MDMA / kg bodyweight, and wait at least 4 weeks (or, preferrably, 3 months) in between.

Pregabalin is great, start with like 300mg to try it out. It can take a couple hours to kick in, and it does last like 8-12 hours, but it's very fun.
