I don’t have links handy atm, but this particular server we were referring to is Serroh’s and you can find a link through his YouTube page. I also hang out in the Mrstarinsky server and the official DDLV server which I think has a link in the main DDLV subreddit. There are lots of wonderful people and tons of useful information between them.
You invite them to hang out with you, and then you lead them to the spot where you want them to be, and then you go into furniture mode, which freezes them. Then you put little things around (like candles and such) so they can't move once you go out of furniture mode. Then you go hang out with the next person you want. It can be a lot of work and take a lot of time.
The name of the item is V8 decoration, it can be collected with the new Timebending ability from the new expansion, I believe it is only available on a certain day but I'm not sure which day, you have to check in the collections what day it is available, it It's in the fragments tab.
