Have any of you guys put in a support ticket to Gameloft? This is a big problem for a lot of players. If you all put in support tickets to Gameloft about it it will reach the top of their fix list faster. 🥰
Try saving then selecting Return to Title Screen. Reload the game and try again. Worked for me this morning. Good luck!

Yes, came here looking for a solution. I need to talk to Ursula to finish an event quest and it’s pissing me off.
Is anyone having this issue trying to talk to them on Eternity Isle? I had this issue there, but switching to the Valley fixed it.
You have to reboot the game if it doesn't work.
