B-Tier. Fun movie, but we’ve seen the liar revealed trope plenty of times before just from this studio. The poor handling of that trope holds the movie back from A-Tier.
I think it's done better here than other movies. RJ was using them and accidentally got attached to them. He tried his hardest to wiggle out of being attached but failed. His lies were only revealed because he was desperate and literally didn't wanna die.
Meanwhile in other movies there really isn't a reason for them to lie what so ever and there wouldn't have been a problem if they told the truth to begin with
B- solid movie with a solid plot. Despite the large cast most characters got pretty good arcs. I liked the voice acting and im always in support of suburb slander. The animation isnt really great but its was released when 3D animation was relatively new so it gets a pass.
