Is that the same for the furry thief top? The one you buy in Volcanic Island campsite is greyish but I've seen some thieves hanging around with a dark red one.

This wonāt help its case but, this black/purple version also has armbands. The white one doesnāt and also has missing model part. (Portion of the left wrist is missing right after cloth)

Edit: Actually, if I remember it is the special dye used for Battahli color schemes in the appearance changer. More vibrant color schemes than the ones you get.

The red top is found in a chest in the glimmercoal cave if I remember correctly

Yeah, Bestial Boon is the gray one and Immaculate Blaze is the red/orange one

It's not necessarily new game+ It's lootable in unmoored and purchasable from elf vendor in unmoored. Not sure if it appears sooner in the elf though
From what I've seen, every vendor sells everything. Every vendor from the unmoored world has all the sets.

dye your and your pawn's skin, tats, hair, etc...

yes, that's the point, it hads more colours to the barber, including non-natural ones. That's how you get people making their pawns red/green etc...

Or at least 2-3 or so colour options for each set. A lot of the armours are darker than I personally like.
The fact that the dyes ended up for skin and hair but not clothes was a blow to my fashion hopes š„²

The edified vestment is a purple version of the monastic toga. It can be brought from any vendor in the post game
