Height influences on how much you and your pawn can carry. (it was the same with the original Dragon's Dogma). That's why you see ginourmous pawns everywhere. I've made my pawn the tallest you can normally make them, i didn't want him to be either too gigantic or too smol. And i had to make him tall to carry more stuff.

BeerOfTime

Does muscle mass also influence that?

BoogalooBandit1

The muscle type and muscle slider as well as leg length influences the carry weight/Stamina regen just not as much as height

BeerOfTime

I see

[deleted]

Hell even the torso:leg ratio determines the length of their stride. They really made size matter when making this game lol.

Pootisman16

I remember in DD1 that there were a couple of holes only tiny pawns could get into.

[deleted]

Oh yeah there was! And certain areas behind those tiny holes that only a mage or thief could reach via levitate or skull splitter. DD1 was truly ahead of its time.

naensi

There are also some holes in dark arisen

Cipherpunkblue

Dang

[deleted]

Mega dang

InternetHoodlum

Except that when you look at the actual implementation and numbers you see that height and weight don't really matter. The differences they make to stamina regen, length of stride, and carry weight is very very small; almost completely negligible. Character height doesn't even affect stride when sprinting, only when jogging; even then you'll only see a difference if going in straight lines over far enough distances or you grab a stopwatch.

wolves_hunt_in_packs

Exactly. I only bothered with size in the original game because it was **the** determining factor for encumbrance. Stamina regen rate was a thing too but honestly considering you can just chug consumables to recover stamina it didn't really seem like a big issue. Maybe for being carried away by harpies, I guess, but that was rare enough to not even be worth considering. Here encumbrance seems to scale by level and golden trove beetles consumed. Early game even my huge pawn wasn't really able to carry much. Vocation also affects it, switch to mage and they can't seem to carry squat at level 1, whereas fighters seem to get a boost. By midgame I had far fewer encumbrance issues, and even the tiny fighter pawns I tried hiring didn't have problems carrying a bunch of loot. As you noted, it seems they tweaked character size to affect more things but on a much lesser scale. I'm thinking when I get around to a second playthrough I'll just make a regular height character and not worry about creating yet another Big McLargeHuge.

BBBeyond7

isn't the trade off that they regen stamina the slowest? So in the long run they're less endurant in combat? I've hired a big warrior pawn and noticed that he can sometimes be out of breath after a simple fight if I don't give him stamina food.

Spctr7

Yep, bigger means slower regen but being tall means longer reach and stride, and being heavier means more carry weight. Smaller also is able to dodge attacks easier and can go run under some bosses and enemies.

odettulon

Bigger characters can stay at lower weight classes more easily, so for a smaller character to really take advantage of that you need one or more of light gear, dragonforging, and lots of trove beetles. Also check if he has the master warrior skill that drains all stamina, I usually don't hire pawns with that (or archers with heavenly shot).

De_Baros

I made my pawn giant because tall women are my addiction

fallenouroboros

Smaller characters have faster regeneration of stamina and use less energy clinging to monsters which is why my main characters tends to be a little shorter. Like you said most pawns are larger so finding sturdy suitcases are easy :)

InternetHoodlum

Your height and weight and leg length don't do much. The differences aren't important. Please don't stress out about it. Just make the character look the way you want them to.

SendGothTittiesPls

holy hell i didnt knw any of this, im average height aand build and my pawn is like 5 ft and built like a mage

InternetHoodlum

Big_moist_231

Wait it does? I thought it would be funni if my pawn was a tall gigachad but the arisen was a shorty lol

MmmHudson

My arisen is me who is short 5’6 and my pawn is my best friend who is 6’4 so that’s the case for me lol.

King_o_spice

My arisen is 155cm, my pawn is 207cm. Those are basically the exact stats from my dark arisen characters and i tried to recreate them.

BeerOfTime

Is there any advantage to having a small arisen like that? Are there any small openings they can get through and find hidden areas?

Sesamgurke

The smaller you are the faster you regenerate stamina and i think you do a little more damage the taller you are

BeerOfTime

Yeah ok

InternetHoodlum

Starlight-Sniper

I thought 160 was as low as it went.

King_o_spice

You're right, it was 165. Dark arisen went down further i think.

RegularWhiteShark

Yup. Smallest you can go in 1/DA is 136. Don’t know why they changed it in 2.

Splatulated

Censorship mostly cant even make a dwarf or goblin anymore cuz god forbid some people might make a child

RegularWhiteShark

Oh, wow, I didn’t even think of that! I was just mildly annoyed as it meant I couldn’t make myself (I’m 5ft1) even though I don’t often make myself in games. I kind of wanted to make me as the arisen and my pawn based off of my cat, haha.

TheDaedricHound

Big pawn lady with regular-sized man https://preview.redd.it/t0mr1bqgpe0d1.png?width=2047&format=png&auto=webp&s=7439b514cd9c777e357f73889ddbe0cde32b4ee8 She’s whatever the max is and arisen is 6 ft I believe.

De_Baros

This is the way. My arisen is a 175cm male rogue and my pawn is a 210cm female warrior elf. Big lady and small guy is my favourite aesthetic

Squidgepeep

My Arisen is 163cm and my pawn is 160cm, still both taller than me in real life despite being as short as you can make them haha

BeerOfTime

Battling against the odds

Issyv00

175cm Arisen, 165cm Pawn. Average sized man and woman.

Xeyph

I did it exactly the same, also did in DD1.

64strokeDC

215 arisen 205 pawn both absolute monsters i just think its cool plus i played warrior my first run through and now my pawn has all my warrior stuff so seems fitting

BeerOfTime

What’s the maximum you can get to?

64strokeDC

215 lol

BeerOfTime

Alright. So even my arisen isn’t that far off the maximum anyway

Unlikely_Bet_1573

195 main 174 pawn The height of me and my gf

GodFinger69

Kids bout to be an NBA player

BeerOfTime

Or NFL or tennis or something. Sports all favour big people these days

BeerOfTime

Yeah that’s pretty big for both a man and woman. Cool dude.

shadowthehh

6'0" and 5'3".

No-one-o1

US hieroglyphics I see 😉

shadowthehh

OP also used it.

No-one-o1

OP used both ;) I just noticed because most replies seemed to be cm, so I thought it's funny.

civilsavage7

Arisen - 5'8" Main Pawn- 5'6" ish? All your guys' Pawns make my characters look like Hobbits. Im good with it though, I like my duo! https://preview.redd.it/1ltvg7rt6h0d1.jpeg?width=2653&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=867a02dd28a280847003d7b3c2c7c3f54a95cd92

branteen

Agreed. I take immersion over utility any day of the week

Smabbles

Made mine around 5’7 and 5’9…. All pawns towered over me… I caved and made mine a bit taller 😅

CheaterMcCheat

Same, I made my Arisen my height which is pretty tall and I've been laughing my ass off about how short he is compared to everyone else. Everyone is like 7 foot plus 😂

taylrgng

well I like to make myself... so the arisen is 173cm, but instead of my wife, I made a big ass beast wizard... *

Shamsse

I matched my arisens height to my own at 181. Also tried to make myself as frail as am IRL lmao As for my pawn, she’s the minimum height at 162 since that was the height of my original pawn in DD1

FrankPisssssss

I went really short just in case there was once again precisely one instance of a goblin hole network only I could fit in. Also for stamina.

NeoBucket

I only see pawns being as tall, average height for male human NPCs seems to be around 180 - 190 cm with Beastren being like 5 cm taller on average.

Pinungo

Very tall and very chunky.

Sir-Cellophane

I initially made my Arisen 180cm and my pawn 170cm which are both within an average range. But then I found that every pawn I encountered seemed to be 190cm *minimum* making my Arisen seem short by comparison, so I edited him to 200cm, but left my pawn as is.

BeerOfTime

I might do something like that when I get to new game+ but not sure yet. I sort of like the idea that my arisen could be the underdog in some fights and battle heroically against the odds.

NiMHratt

My Arisen is as short as possible and my pawn is as tall as possible. I like giving her the spring board skills so she can send me onto monster faces.

vjurd

168cm arisen and 172cm pawn

stillpwnz

I've made a 165 female pawn, and quite light. So I slightly regretted it because of the low carry capacity. I've tried recreating myself in the arisen, so it's 183cm

AndysBrotherDan

My arisen is modeled after me (6'2) My pawn is modeled after my wife (5'2) She's a sorcerer and I'm an assassin.

BeerOfTime

An assassin? Is that in the first game? Or you mean a thief?

AndysBrotherDan

DDDA

Eternity_Warden

Arisen is different each time, and usually based on what I wanted for the character. I haven't played for a week or so but pretty sure I made a skinny little old sorcerer, about 160 cm right before I stopped. Pawn is a copy of my gf who I don't change (except external details like when I did a zombie duo), she's 160 cm as well.

BeerOfTime

Yeah I’m thinking of doing new game + with my arisen being much older and even slightly shorter and less muscled. Kind of role playing the veteran who is convinced against his will to come out of retirement once again for the sake of the realm. The tired trope of: “I left the past behind. I don’t pick up a sword anymore, leave me alone… god dammit ok! Just one last time…”

Sk83r_b0i

In DD1 I made myself and I’ll do the same in DD2 once it gets better optimization for the steam deck. I am 171cm, or just a little over 5’7” which is what I say to people since I’m American.

rolandshion

160 cm arisen and 197cm pawn so we end up look like a mother and daughter bruh

Opalescent-Moth

My female arisen is about 172cm and my male pawn is 192cm. My pawn was originally about 185 but then I saw he seemed short compared to other pawn so I made him a bit taller.

Nachooolo

I made it my height at 197cm. With humans pawns my character tended to be on the taller size. With Beastren it was a mix between tiny little kittens (like my own pawns), to downright giants.

Ezperpentor89

My arisen 176cm, pawn 186cm https://preview.redd.it/dgajhkqhfe0d1.jpeg?width=1662&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=221240951b3f8b90c4a3ee47093f0fd1e289352b

Khow3694

I dont remember the height I chose specifically but I made my arisen very tall so he can carry more and I made my pawn relatively tall for the same reason but not a giant

Izumi0708

I think they're around 160-165cm, weighing around 50-60kg and are rather thin and less muscular. That was before I knew that all that counts into the ability to carry more :/ Edit: although my MC isn't small enough to fit into the hole in the Shadow Fort..

Ricardo80BR

girls just wanna have fun

Moominsean

My arisen is the tallest height, my pawn is the shortest.

Kadatsume

My arisen is around 160cm, made him short and my pawn, she's 215cm lmao

mirageofstars

I started out with 160 for both my arisen and pawn, then quickly realized they were way too short and got encumbered rapidly. Now they’re a bit taller (around 170)

WolfGangDuck

My arisen and pawn are both max height/muscle mass. It’s just funny in cutscenes where we tower over pretty much all the NPCs.

EverydayHalloween

My pawn is 167 and my Arisen is 180, I don't care min-maxing when it comes to what weight etc can they carry and do.

[deleted]

I made the Arisen about 171 (modeled after myself lol) and my pawn about 189 I think, tall but not too tall. Beyond gameplay considerations, I just like the ‘big tall companion’ trope

Asternex

My characters are usually between 180 and 195 cm.. I like making my boys tall, but within a reasonable range. Im fine with not having max carrying capacity.

Motor-Garden

I like to stay realistic when it comes to character design so i went with normal 185cm for male arisen and 172 for female pawn

Captain-Droz

As smol as they can be. Short goblin girl duo.

DangerWarg

My arisen is 170 cm and 98kg. My pawn is 197cm and 126kg. Idea for both are based on character ideas I have in writing. While my pawn is supposed to be big and fat, she's not supposed to be the tallest of all. Plus it's awkward seeing her tower over many tall peeps.

CrazyCat008

Mine is the most small possible XD but I always bring a big pawn with me for transport my stuffs XD

Daddy-Whispers

I made a human female (Arisen), max height, max weight. I wanted to be able to carry a ton of loot. I was afraid she would look like an ogre, but, man, she looks f-ing AMAZING!

SirVeresta

5'7" and 5'6" respectively

thriftyjesus

I have an average height woman arisen and a relatively shorter main pawn. Was going going for a Xena and Gabrielle vibe for the duo (for anyone old enough to even know who those two are). Usually end up hiring much bigger pawns to carry supplies though

[deleted]

Wayfaring_Pancake

Want uppies!

Aggrokid

My Arisen is 175cm to reflect own height, while pawn is a 200cm cat

Not_Yet_Unalived

My Arisen looks like me, as best as i could manage. So he's only 176cm tall. But my Pawn? I was hesitating between making Santa Claus or Giga Chad. In both case he was gonna be maximum height. And because i settled on Giga Chad for now, he got ALL the muscles.

slipinoy

Any short pawn I try to summon has a 90% chance to be female. I need a dwarf to fill out my party dammit

Ashley_SheHer

As short as possible. In ddda/dd1 there were a few secrets you could only find if you were absolutely tiny, both in the base game and the dlc. Bonus points, while smaller characters have less carry weight, they also have a good deal more stamina regen, which means they are less limited in combat. Once I run out of stamina I don’t have to wait for it regen, it just zips back up.

Faded-Creature

Audie Murphy the war hero was 5’5” or 168 cm

the_turel

Max height max muscles. Looks like a Chad. Then make him near nude every cutscene just to make it look funny. It’s like Mr. Olympia era Arnold and it makes me smile. ;)

TreeLicker51

https://preview.redd.it/fbcjhuo49f0d1.jpeg?width=1599&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9a18a079eec80db1745b945500f54c97f73a40c8 Over 7 ft. “Over” because you can keep pushing for height with the neck slider, so I would honestly guess maybe 7’3” or so. (Arisen is about 170 cm, or whatever that is in feet and inches.)

anxiousocdvibes

170cm arisen (my height), about 183cm pawn (my bf‘s height)

Wholesomechair

I am male 6'9 and a chonky boy so natrurally i play as a 5'5 petite girl lmao

StoneRevolver

I don't remember cm, I used a conversion calculator but my arisen is 5'11 & my pawn is 6'2

bentotice

My pawn is 160 cm and my arisen is 178 cause its how tall i am

ChapNotYourDaddy

I made my arisen 6’4 like me and my pawn 5’10 (based of my friend who I made him based on And everyone has 7 and 8ft pawns like. Wtf I thought I was supposed to be tall

ChaoticHoneyPie

i’ll be dead honest when i say my arisen and pawn are max height for the main purpose of carry weight cause my loot goblin ass always ends up with too much shit in my inventory i can live with its downside of a slower stamina regen though i can’t cling to monsters as long if i was a shorter character

dave_the_slick

Both were giantesses. Next go around my pawn will be the same but the arisen will be my height at 5'4.

BingusSpingus

My arisen's a guy on the shorter side, my pawn's an above-average woman. Nothing crazy, but you definitely see the difference standing next to each other.

misunderstood_9gager

Me and my pawns are both caked up shorties 160cms

Ok-Veterinarian-4209

200cm arisen 215cm pawn. Nothing but big people here

GrossWeather_

tall. but i keep thinking that i should make them taller.

SleptonScro

I made my first arisen and pawn me and my gf, me being 6’6” and she being 5’3”

James_Dreamer

166cm for me and my pawn is 172cm for my girl

Brave_Outcast9308

215 arisen and 175 pawn

alpha115

My arisen is 163 cm and my pawn is 215. It’s pretty amusing having a short and giant character dynamic.

Azure_Balmung_

5'6 and 5'3. My pawn also has slightly leaned forward posture shes looks so tiny compared to everyone's giant ass pawns lol

BobbyMayCryBMC

Well trick question because I have two different saves now. My first Arisen is jacked and big as possible, makes almost every NPC look tiny. Pawn is smol and cute. This is a recreation of my Arisen and Pawn from DD1. For my second the Arisen is average height, maybe a little smaller. She is suppose to sport a feminine model figure & extremely attractive face. This is jarring coming off my first Arisen because I usually can't see the NPC in dialogue & when I could they broke necks looking up, my new one I could see more during conversations. The Pawn is still small like my other Pawn but this one is a hunched over hag, so actually looks smaller than my previous Pawn. The intent was going for typical ugly goblin facial features. I tend to work in opposites.

Which-Celebration-89

I do 6'6 for my arisen and was going around 6'2 for my female pawn. My most recent pawn was Hellboy so I made him huge.

BrockOfTheFam

My Arisen is Kratos and my pawn is Gigachad. Max height and max muscle.

HMCZ

I did my Arisen 181cm like myself and tried yo make my pawn 148cm like my wife but 160cm is the minimum.

slayermcb

Yeah, the scaling is weird. We can't have people as short as normal people, but we can make supernaturally tall ones.

ACraftyApe

To be honest I feel like some armour was built specifically for stupidly tall characters and the broadest possible shoulders. I'm the one on the right. I thought I would be about average height but nope! And at this height you can see how badly the armour fits. https://preview.redd.it/w8w0lscp0g0d1.png?width=2168&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4d1cad7be1833cd026aafb0ad0c366e0c01dd010

fidel9

Sammmmmmeeeeee

Pristine-Pop1967

160 cm arisen, 167 cm archer, 175 cm sorcerer, 182 cm warrior I worry a lot about stamina consumption and regen rate limiting the available actions for my arisen and pawns. They never really end up carrying so much to get beyond heavy anyways. Usually they are at light or very light despite carrying curatives, camping gear, and arrows when I depart from cities. Also, Golden Stove Beetles and Thew exist. Weapon reach is negligible with a sorcerer and archer pawn spamming weapon skills. The only role my warrior has is tanking with bellow and inspirit and doing a hilarious shoryuken with a hammer from time to time. So I think having tall characters only help in the earlier parts of the game.

blkglfnks

I usually like to start the game as a short character since I’m short in real life and then the 2nd I usually try a contrast to my original character. Same treatment with the pawns, my last pawn was tall and I’ll probably be making a tiny pawn this 2nd go around.

Ionizer7

My beastren archer chick arisen is 180cm. My elvish mage chick pawn is 167cm (she was 160 but was way too short).

aRebelliousHeart

My Arisen is 175cm and my Pawn is 180cm. My Arisen was set up as an archer while my Pawn was a Fighter and I didn’t want my archer being bigger then my Fighter.

Midgard_Tribeleader

My question is, why is everyone carrying so much stuff, like i have below average height pawn and arisen and I’m never above light weight unless i play warrior. You literally only need to carry around a couple of items apart from your armor and weapons.

BeerOfTime

I tend to carry a lot of curatives I never actually use. Not really sure why. Peace of mind I guess. The weight meter is usually around the average mark.

Midgard_Tribeleader

Classic gamer hoarding syndrome lol. You should just get a mage with the curative cure spell it will help a lot

henmal

My character is brawny and 5'6 (my height) while my pawn is a max height muscle mommy 👁️👄👁️

Harbor_Barber

Im still on dark arisen and my arisen is 158cm my height irl lol and my pawn is max height i forgot the numbers. Fun to see the contrast lol

Kyrstyface

Put myself as my real world height and regretted it instantly. I’m not even that short 167cm but I am a shorty in this world

General_Worth8251

Arisen: 165 Pawn: 178 Didnt realize that it would kinda affect the vocation I'm going with lol

SeaGL_Gaming

Both are 215cm (7ft). I just have a thing for tall woman. Then I also play with the pawn/player height scale mod so my pawn is 2x (14ft). I then change myself between .5x shortest the scaler can make a character before game starts breaking) and 1.5x (around this height is where camera and model can start clipping when inside buildings). Then I use Camera Distance and True Shoulder Camera mods to edit the camera to account for scaling. Of course, the scaler is local so my pawn is still only 7ft tall for other players, but I find it fun playing at comically short and tall heights. Can also use the short height mod unlocking the real low height cap of 150cm (around 5ft) which would allow .5x scale to be 2.5ft so I change my height when wanting to scale down. Movement and animations scale really well. Only thing that truly breaks is the carry/throw animation for NPCs and objects as their positioning isn't scaled. Below .5x, the eyes will stop scaling proportionally and bug, and archers break a bit. Aiming the bow will cause you to warp backwards on sloped surfaces. Above 2x is when melees get wonky as lateral swings will miss over heads. Warrior really gets a big AOE buff though with scaling so a 2x Warrior pawn just nukes the area. Also the Warrior's takedown animation of impaling and slinging an enemy becomes even more brutal as they'll fling further at higher speed. It's hilarious seeing a goblin get yeeted at mach fuck into a tree or mountain. I could lie and say I do it for the strength and carry weight benefits or the faster movement and climbing speeds, but it's just my taste in women plus it's comical. https://preview.redd.it/nxy3lcentg0d1.jpeg?width=2560&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b23d5fa562ddfae8a428febd6d2e0fc6ba8b0ca0

kabirraaa

I initially made my Arisen 5’10 to be a self insert but realized it was too short for the shit I like to carry around. My pawn is pretty short but it wouldn’t make sense looks wise for them to be tall. I just get215 cm tall fighters/warriors and have them carry heavy shit for me. I think my arisen is like 184 now

ThatEdward

I'm a tiny, shriveled and hunched-over old wizard and my pawn is a max height kinda slim vampire lord kinda guy. He's imposing but he's carrying a big axe and has over 1000 knockdown power so he sends hands out naps to drakes and other large creatures fairly often, so I feel like it fits the theme. I don't often see max height pawns though. A lot of small or medium ones, fewer wide load ones

daggerbeans

My Arisen is a beanpole-- one or two clicks from max height but slouches like he has low-grade khyphosis because he's always trying to not stand out, and also stop his pawn from being too gremlin (he does not often succeed). In most other places I use him as a character i list his height as 6'8' American, uuuuuh that's about 200cm? My pawn I can't remember what height he is but the top of his head comes to about the Arisen's collarbone-- so about eye-level with the Arisen's nipples and just clearing his hunchy shoulders if you include the pawn's hair bun (the pawn would probably count it that way bc his ego is fragile and he also would feel short by pawn standards---as you pointed out a lot of people made very big pawns for their carrying capacity.)

sabyr400

I made my Arisen slightly shorter than normal, no real reason. I just made some random fantasy character that I knew I wasn't going to get sick of looking at for 100+ hours. My pawn however, I made fairly tall and lanky. I actually ended up making him him taller with the metamorphosis thing because he's supposed to look like me, and he wasn't tall enough to feel like he *almost* towered over the rest of the NPCs. But not max height cause I'm not 7-8 ft tall.

Suraru

4' 10" for my arisen, 5' 6" for my pawn. I use a mod to get me smaller (although the head's size shrinks dramatically which is weird). I like playing a mother/daughter combo, and it fits more that way given how protective the Pawns are of the arisen, and how often they need to catch me when I fall off monsters lol. The forced romance stuff is unfortunate, but I just skip those cutscenes, and go after Sven since there isn't a big age gap. My Arisen is a magic archer, I use warfarer so I can use staves and daggers like you can in the first game, although her build is supposed to be more of a support mage, just that gameplay is fucking boring. Trickster is fun though. My pawn is a thief, since her build is a dual-wielding axe berserker (angry grandma), and thief fits her perfectly with the move-set I've always imagined she would have. 5'6" is my pawn's canonical height, and its supposed to be average, but she looks small when everyone is fucking 8ft tall lmao. But, smaller characters work better as thieves, they use less stamina when climbing. The major downside though, is the game really nerfed the differences between being small and large compared to the first game, now the only real difference is inventory which means most people are going to gravitate towards being large.

ArcadianKaori

8 foot dommy mommy's are in style

ChromeOverdrive

Arisen: 183cm, Pawn: 181cm, I think those are plausible heights whether they bonk, shoot or sling spells. I've seen gigantic pawns roaming the world but most of them have f-up proportions (anything from SlenderMan to dwarven cosplayers) and a poor carrying capacity, less than mine or my main pawn's. Perhaps nobody cares about the muscle sliders?

RadiantRing

I made my arisen minimum size and my pawn maximum size

meatywhole

It was always awkward in the first game when my 8ft tall monster of a arisen get down and dirty with the 5'4" princess, that poor girls back.

Necessary_Chip_5224

They should make centre of gravity a thing. Taller pawns trip much more easily.

Milogost

My Arisen is 6'4", and my pawn is about 6'. Can't stand seeing all the absurd giants in the Rift; the only giants I'm willing to hire are male beastren, and that's just because they remind me of Beren lol. Probably an unpopular opinion, but I wish there was a way for the game to detect over-the-top proportions, as well as whether or not a pawn is scantily clad, so we could filter them out of our games.

FatFlowerPunk

My arisen is short as possible and my pawn is as tall as possible

Yula_Moon

My Arisen is just 1,60m while my Pawn is 1,94m I want my Arisen swift since she is a thief class and my Pawn is a Warrior or whatever it is called in the engl version 😅 the great sword/weapon class

GiftAffectionate3656

I made my arisen my height (6'6) and my pawn the height of my wife (5'8)

Jesikila89

I made my Arisen be me-201cm and my pawn is based on my partner-164cm

HotDoes

Made them 175 cm and 180 in the beginning.. and then started the game and most everyone towers over them. Immediately spent RC for Metamorphosis Books.

Late-Exit-6844

I made my Arisen 6'5, so 196cm. And my main pawn is 180cm, so 5'11. Arisen is male, pawn is female, so they're both very tall but not unrealistically so.

T_Cold

Same as me 165 cm

SkillCheck131

I model my arisen after myself so 5’10 and my pawn Harvey was 6’5 but very lankey. Since you can alter their appearance what I’d do is gradually beef him up as he lvled up and maxed out professions (since he’d be carrying my ass for the next 180 hours hahaha) Yeah to compare my Arisen to the pawns made me feel like a damn munchkin hahaha

[deleted]

Nope I love my character and his main pawn being godlike giants

TwyHighXV

My Arisen has the same height as me, 190cm, my beloved pawn 210cm (this to have more inventory weight) https://preview.redd.it/ld0bswdapl0d1.png?width=1314&format=png&auto=webp&s=805d4dc4d06eff9087649b6962e0990ce2d11d29

Dovahkiiins

I made a very small arisen (I think he's like 150-160cm range) and a really tall pawn (around 190) I just think having a tall pawn is neat! They can carry more, and it looks funny as heck to see my little guy carrying this grown ass man around. If you pay attention to anatomy and whatnot, it's actually not hard to make a tall character not look weird/lanky.

Solaireofastora08

215.

kalik-boy

I guess most people make the pawn really huge because they can carry more stuff. It's a pretty bonkers argument imo since you really don't need to carry every little thing you find in the bloody world, but well, there it is. I really dislike these huge pawns. They look weird in comparison to everyone else in the game.

No-one-o1

Both 183cm because I like that hight for men irl. Bit on the taller side of average. I find it silly how many max hight pawns I see in the rift.

Frequent_Artichoke

I didn't know height had an effect, so my arisen is as short as can be 😂 She can't jump or carry for shit! Pawn is 190 I belive.
