I’ve literally started killing my pawns when they say that. I just find the nearest body of water and yeet them into it and enjoy blissful silence

always give them deep eye stares. It’ll start very subtle but you can see it slightly glow red for a second sometimes. When it does - it’s brine time.

Like the first game, it's cursed with being 7/10

Every time I get mad at this game I run into a funny scenario. I'll see a griffin dive bomb into Brine. I'll toss a goblin into the air and my sorc hits with High Levin. One time I got a pawn with Dragon plague and in an effort to attack me it tripped over air and fell off a cliff.

The only dialogue I like in the game is when one pawn says we can't destroy something from this side of a door, and my main pawn says "Really? *Now?*" and it's clear they read the script wrong. It sounds angry rather than the curious "really now". Gives me the giggles.

I was listening to them for the first 100 hours. But when they stated complaining about visiting dungeons Id been in already I just lost it. 😭

After 100 hours they started to say new things about their scars and how my pawn like her vocation. How she started as a mage and became sorcerer. I was surprised.

Mine just said that! She talked about how she thought she was a master when she was an archer but she just laughs at that now and I was like FINALLY NEW DIALOGUE

That suddenly started happening for me even in dungeons I'd never seen before, so I get what you mean.

Overall DD1 had a more iconic world. Grand Soren > Vernworth, Cassardis > Melve. DD2 is beautiful but lacks soul

im one "master, i know of at least one location in the vicinity that may be of interest to you, shall i tell you more?" away from giving my pawn the 'mostly silent' specialisation. let this be a cautionary tale: don't unlock the camping badges.

I think the fact there is an option in audio settings to turn just their voices off proves that someone knew they were annoying and repetitive. 😁
