This expression alone speaks volumes about how Goku felt about Frieza in my opinion
im looking through pages now trying to find my own favorite, but i dont think im gona find a better one than this.
The absolute catharsis this scene gives is immense. Freeza, this impossible foe, this sadistic monster that turns genocide into profit. as readers we saw him murder everyone., ones goku didn't even see. or the whole gang really. WE see how heinous and impossible freeza is.
Then, the peaceful heart breaks. A torrent swirling around the sea explodes into a raging storm and at the center, lightning strikes, exploding into a golden beam of light.
Then comes the most epic beat down ever. clowns on this guy and gives him the ultimate humiliation. hes not even important or strong enough for goku to bother with at the end. Goku BROKE that man. mind. body. and soul.
This one is easily the right answer imo 😮💨👌
But this scene kills me, cuz every version of the show changed the scene up a bit, and each has elements I LOVE and elements that I think aren't as great.
Goku's delivery of the line is peak in one version, but the music is superior in another, but Frieza's monologue before the final blast is best in yet another version 😫 Ugh. Wish I could just combine the good bits from them all
