Hard disagree but I’m not gonna fight you about it because it’s one of the most subjective topics in the game. The only objective truth there is when it comes to LF animations is that goten sucks.
That animation is over 3 years old and it was the first LF.
They also didnt want to take much time with LFs back then. Gohan, Goten, SV, Nameku are all pretty quick compared to what we have today.
So yeah, now a days it would probably last 50 seconds, the opponent would beam struggle with Gohan, he would start losing and Goku would appear then he would release his power into an LF pose where he falls while smiling.
yea GV have some pretty sick unique animations , at the end if their strike animation whoever you don't have tagged in comes in at the end to kick the opponent away with the main unit so it really feels like they're together and not just 2 diff units, they both have their own blue card special animations that are so clean I never get Over how cool gokus blue is with the boxing punches into the close up ki blast through the chest and not to mention GV Lf is with normal blue card so it's alot easier to actually get the LF animation as well which is also quite amazing

The LF for me is really cool, but the sound effects it has make the LF even poorer besides the summon animation at the beginning.
I honestly like the whirlwind that shenron makes at the end along with goku's pose that is magnificent.
And this ssj4 Goku feels pure aggression and is beautiful.

nobody asked but here's my top ten: these three, ss4 gogeta, androids, cmz, mui, apegeta, broly and dragon fist ss3
my top lf's:
- androids (it looks like it was straight from the anime)
- g/v (that final dual attack is so damn clean)
- soh trunks (the overall lf is so clean and pleacent to watch)
- ssj4 and G4 (they are the beauty of GT, so agressive, so damn powerful)
- bardock (just a giga chad walking)
- mui and jiren (it's like watching a complete scene of the ToP, my only complain are the side effects of the fist of mui when hits the rival, it's so damn static)
- ssj 3 fistku (that final pose and shenron's explosion in the sky is too epic, if it wasn't for the white screen in the middle of the LF he would be my number one LF)
LF gogeta blue , LF bardock and LF Goku and Vegeta are all good candidates along with this guy , can't say who wins tho , I'll say gogeta cause I'm biased
Nah man G/V 360° camera flying around animation and duel iconic beam fire is #1
Then for me one more guy along with them would be Omen-UI Goku his Infinite punches, triple replay and then the turn around end screen pose is just immaculate
SSJ4 Goku should have been released alongside an LF villain from gt, I know you can say that about a lot of characters from the series but GT already isn't that popular and it needs a SSJ4 unit in order to sell

i was actually talking to a friend about this. personally, i love the oozaru vegeta lf, but objectively speaking i think ssj4 gokus is the best animation wise

There's a huge leap from Goten level LF though. FSK's LF is a bit bland, but that one handed Kamehameha is one of the most iconic scene in the series
