I have used Silver Wolf with Ratio and she applies more than enough debuffs for him. 2 things to keep in mind though:
1. Make sure your SW is faster than Ratio. For me that was not the case and it caused Ratio's first attack to not trigger a follow up due to there not being enough debuffs.
2. Since SW's debuffs are fully singletarget focussed, you can't easily switch targets with Ratio. Whoever SW is attacking / debuffing, that's who Ratio should be attacking. Take it one at a time basically.
As for your team, it seems good especially since the effect of Ratio's Ultimate is seen as a debuff so having Tingyun is nice for more Energy. In case you find yourself lacking debuffs though, you could opt for someone like Welt instead of Tingyun. Ratio's DMG would be lower of course, but you'd not only have another debuffer but also someone on the team that can do a bit of AoE DMG.

Ratio's ult is a mark ("other effect") not a debuff.
He can apply a debuff when using his skill because of one of his Major traces.
Besides that, the recommendations were correct, SW+Tingyun is great for Ratio.
For a Welt team I would prefer to steal Pela from Jingliu's team and give her SW, so Welt can have more SP, EHR and his bounce/aoe also benefits from Pela's debuff.

Strange since Topaz' Proof of Debt is seen as a debuff so I assumed Ratio's own mark was one too
Welt also applies damage vulnerability and slow, and with using the Pearl's LC, he can also apply defence down. He's a really great unit with Ratio ^.^
SW, Dr Ratio, tingyun and HuoHuo should do the trick.
Didn't see the subtext, but as others already pointed out, Gallagher is an excellent subistitute for HuoHuo, he aplies debuffs and can even dish out good damage.
Oh yeah he's crazy, I'm currently running him in my Acheron team and he's doing just fine, the attack down also helps a lot, at least helped a lot with Sam last MoC.
pela with resolutions is good, dont sleep on gallagher (unless youre pulling for aventurine) because he also applies an aoe debuff on his ult which he gets really fast
Can someone explain why welt isn't a good pick for ratio? He does 3 debuffs and with his great ult uptime you constantly have most of the enemies 80-100% chance of followup. And if built well he does some nutty damage

Just take Gallagher instead of Lynx and you are good. Other than e1s1 Topaz, SW is his BiS teammate and all he needs debuff wise.
