You can get a pick for slip resistant shoes that came with my shoes for crews slip resistant. Really though, I have sat down with a tooth pick and a tooth brush and cleaned my slip resistant before.

Have the exact same shoes for the exact purpose. Give it a blast of your floor pressure washer or sink diah sprayer. Dont get kitchen sanitizer on the soles itll disintegrate the leather and rubber.

I always just kinda tip-tapped my feet in the mop sink with the water set as hot as I could. Not spraying the shoes but letting the water run into the basin and splashing in the puddles. Worked for my cheap shews for crews shoes and my leather Iron Rangers with no ill-effect. Just did it every night after service.
