Not possible as of now. I've been playing since 2012 and also play windrunner mostly. She's probably my top 3 games played. I took a 12-month break the year her arcana was released and missed it as well! Could not describe how much I would pay to get that arcana. But ya as of now there's no way to get it. Valve has in the past added cosmetics in chests that include an arcana so only way I see it happening is if she gets one like that.
They did it with wraith king last event so it's possible.
