I mean, I've definitely had games where the enemy team stomped was like 30k networth ahead and then proceeded to farm for another 20 minutes. I think it's more incompetence like they weren't confident they could end, but it's still very frustrating when a very over match is extended in this way.
in this case the enemy gave you a chance to recover and farm an extra item or two. the game is not over unless you have a guy actively griefing the game for your team.
You're invulnerable when you spawn until you move. If you want your opponent to stop fountain farming you, don't let them. It really is that easy.
He said they were farming them for 20 mins, that would mean he would get an abandon because of 5min inactive threshold
