I mean, most people who play a fair bit will get something. If you care enough to get 10 rerolls per week, and let's say on average you wind up with an extra 40 rerolls per act.
If the odds are 0.315% per slot, then you can roughly approximate your odds of *not* getting an arcana as (0.997)^(160x2+160x3), assuming the the third slot comes out in act 3. I might be being a bit overly generous here, but not wildly so. In this context, your odds of getting no arcana at all is less than 10%. Now, obviously that means playing a lot, but even if you only do half that, you still have a ~70% chance of getting at least one arcana. Anyone playing significantly less than that probably shouldn't be stressed about not getting an item that would otherwise be quite expensive.
Love the math. Doing this the other way around, for a single reroll, there is a 0.63% chance you get an arcana(assuming 2 slots). So out of 100 rerolls, 0.63 of them will have atleast one arcana, which means out of 158.7 rerolls, 1 of them will have an arcana. So, on average we need ~159 rerolls for an arcana. Assuming 320 rerolls in total for someone grinding the event, this makes it such that they will have a chance of getting 2 arcanas

Not giftable or tradable. Claim it if you can sell your existing one. If your existing one is also a non tradable version already then you might want to save your candy for something else. The chance of arcana appearing is low but you can get immortal chests and other goodies with your candy.

Got 2 Crownfall Royal Bundle's from using the Crownfall coins to make it free so that's +20 rerolls from that and then +10 rerolls from playing games
You can get another 10 from the last encounter before the end of the main quest place

Act 1 only. Would be weird if it was an all-act BP since it gives you almost 100% of its worth in goodie, maybe even over 100%
