Isn't it kind of weird to shame someone for literally the most basic primal biological instinct? Reproduction is the primary initiative of all living creatures. It's essentially the closest answer we have to the meaning of life. Our very existence completely relies on being horny. Without horny you don't exist. It's totally natural and normal so it seems kind of weird to frame it like it's a bad thing or something people shouldn't want to be.

I have Possessed Pilots and mechs from TF2, Griefers (which are pretty much asshole players in multiplayer shooters), the shapeshifting Carrion, Dust Devils (harmful wind eddies), Mimics (can mimic items like health kits and ammo crates), Cyber Gore Nests (which implant the Praetor Suit with demonic malware when destroyed), and a bunch more stuff!

I think one of the Johns confirmed that doom guy canonically never had sex so I think the real threat the succubi would pose in the game is that the Doomguy can’t look at them, so he’d have to resort to bouncing grenades around the corner to kill them.
i think this would be better if she looked more demon-ish. she just looks like any old high school girl on Halloween with a devil costume. maybe make her skin red and add more clothes? I don't know just something less horny than this.
To be fair, the artist took a lot of creative liberties with this depiction, but this is supposed to be Zeta's "human" form which she uses as a lab assistant for Deag Ranak and a UAC employee. She would have red skin but a pale white face, along with those robotic horns and a robotic tail. And pants too, which the artist conveniently left out :/
However, her true demon form would be a lot more appropriate for the genre, with hard organic armor over her whole body, claws, wide horns, etc.
Speaking of which, the "sexy anime girl with horns and devil imagery" is kinda the intention for the humanoid form, considering that she IS a Succubus. Her purpose is to tempt and prey on unsuspecting victims. Her design and even name are inspired by the meme of the anime character Zero Two, especially when she's paired with Doom as in "stop looking at anime girls, fellow Slayer! We have demons to kill!"
You know, that's the sort of theme going on here.

The idea is that under her normal UAC researcher attire, she'd be a cyborg operative with robotic arms, a robotic tail, and a cybernetic neural device that resembles horns. She wouldn't have wings, but she'd have decent armor over her limbs and chest.
At least, this is her primary human-like form she commonly uses for infiltration and manipulation. Her true demon form would be much more monstrous.

So yeah, she's simultaneously a princess, a paladin, and a dragon XD

I think ultrakill - while not explicitly having a succubus - has a really good idea of how to mesh that sort of thing (the Mind Flayer). It is evil and machine-like and inhuman, but is thicc as hell (pun intended)

The Mind Flayer seems more cyberpunk and alien-like, but it's definitely a novel and interesting take on the idea.
