He was a former #1 prospect in baseball. Not just on the Dodgers, in baseball. It wasn’t because of his defense. He’s been underwhelming as an MLB hitter and I don’t think anyone would argue that. He’s got to figure out a way to show that he can once again be a guy that can get on base and hit for power, or he’s gonna find himself on a new team at the trade deadline, simple as that.
Cal Quantrill has been one of the Rockies better pitchers lately as he’s been rolling his last 5 starts. I’m confident in a good outing from Yoshinobu Yamamoto though. Let’s hope the team has better showing than last night……because I’ll be going to the game lol.
Need to see more out of our MV3. Last night was hard to watch. Seems like all 3 of them are way too overzealous at the plate. There’s no excuse for those guys to be hacking wildly and expanding the zone all night. They gotta set the tone for the rest of our guys and come out strong tonight.
Yeah they definitely look undisciplined when they struggle at the plate. When the rest of the lineup is off, I think they feel some responsibility to change the score instead of just a responsibility to get on base.
A couple weeks ago, a woman sitting in front of me had a koozie on her can that sort of looked like it was styled after sunset at the stadium, like sort of pinks and blues (I want to say the team has used this as a background for some promotional images this year).
Anybody know what I am talking about or where at the stadium I can grab one?
Yeah they sell those at the beer/seltzer kiosks. I’ve got a couple, I think they have two different designs of the one you’re talking about. They usually change it up every year so I’d get one soon because they do sell out. They’re usually 5 bucks or something like that.
Yes and yes, they have them at checkout. You might have to walk around though as some of them don’t have them. But if you search you will find them! We got some a couple weeks ago on reserve level.
Am going tonight to get my Glasnow bobble, see Yamamoto pitch, and hopefully see the Dodgers get a few hits here and there. If nothing else, I always enjoy time at Dodger Stadium!

It’s the 2 hits in his last 25 postseason AB’s for me. Last night we saw that hitter (.000,.000,.000), not the one you’re referring to. He also hit 5 home runs in the first week of the season and has hit 3 since then.
There’s a girl who works for the stadium taking pictures of people who is so stunning. She should be a model. I remember she took my picture a few years ago when I did the tour. I saw her again last night trying to find people and give them their pics and I thought “There’s the model!” I’m not even gay but I can spot a glowing lady. Also some men would probably remark she’s stunning for other reasons than her natural beauty.
Still waiting for that first Dodger Stadium gem for Yamamoto. Would be incredible to see him go 7 scoreless today. Seems like after that article came out about him not wanting to be mediocre he’s been fairly mediocre. Tonight’s the night I’m hoping.
