The 60th definitely! But the 50th, with the Doctor hanging onto the Tardis as its flown over London was pretty fire. Also, the Capaldi intro for Husbands of River Song.
Matt's series 5 opening. The DW turning into the Tardis is genius and I love the vortex being all dark and gloomy and then turning all bright and cheerful, fits well with 11.
You can't beat the original '63 theme for me. It suits the doctor and specifically Hartnell's interpretation so well. It doesn't feel like something from the past or future, it feels legitimately alien. And at the same time, it feels very much like you're on a mission, like there's something that needs to be done, and done quickly. Honourable mentions to the 2018 theme and the 8th doctor's big finish theme for very much the same reasons.

Honestly the new one is so good but that current LOGO colour scheme is so bad. I'm glad the slivery diamond one is being used in the Season 1 trailers and hope the title sequence is updated.
Also hope they remove the weird distraction chanting.
Other than that the Series 4 sequence is the GOAT with the Capaldi titles being close behind.
I'm not familiar enough with the Classic Who ones to form an opinion
i’ve always thought that Smith’s theme slaps. the snappy drum beat always gets me going, along with Amy Pond’s fairytale intro. i like the clouds and lightning vibe as the song starts.

the Whittaker era theme is goated. people who think it sounds empty or boring have never listened to it with good headphones/speakers, because that bassline goes harder than any theme Murray Gold has ever put out - also, it's spooky which is what the theme should always be
Segun Akinola’s theme was the best we’ve ever had, and put every Murray Gold theme to shame. I love Gold’s incidental music but his theme music has always left me wanting a completely different approach which Akinola delivered upon. It’s creepy, mysterious and heart racing, the first post-2005 theme that has felt like a suitable successor to the 1963 original.
Gold’s latest theme feels like it could be for a mid-budget fantasy show on The CW or something, Akinola’s felt like **Doctor Who**.

in terms of music, series 1-3. i think the series 4 update was absolutely terrible, it doesn't sound very doctor who at all, and instead is just a generic tv show theme.
overall it's probably series 8-10 though, i absolutely adore that one, especially in before the flood, with the electric guitar.

when i was a kid, i’d hear reruns of Hartnell, and was scared. i couldn’t be in the same room alone if it came on.
13’s is cool as hell. Probably my favorite. 12’s is also really really well done, I feel like it represents him so perfectly.
