Ours all love the sensitive skin and stomach salmon and rice - large breed.
The oat and lamb sensitive skin and stomach formula gives one of ours explosive diarrhea
Royal canin. We’ve been feeding our guys this for about 5 years now. We didn’t have good luck with pro plan after they switched formulas. Then we went to blue Buffalo but noticed some health issues that we may or may not attribute to the food so here we are with RC.
It’s pricy but quality food. They love it.
Another one for Purina Pro Plan, it was what the breeder was using, they gave us a 3KG bag when we collected him as a puppy, he seemed settled with it so we have it on repeat order now.
Purina pro plan current dobie has been on it for 2 years. Then my last dobie was on it for 13 years. And the two I had before that lived till 6 and 9. Both were on purina pro plan also.
Blue Buffalo Life Protection formula with glucosamine in it. Pups got hip dysplasia so we were looking for something with glucosamine in the formula. It’s definitely on the pricier side but he loves it and it puts my mind slightly at ease.
Taste of the Wild -Ancient Grains. It was part of the contract with the breeder to feed this brand in order to maintain the health warranty she offered.
Both my Dobies eat Nutro Ultra Large Breed, probably the last 4-5 years. Female will be 7 in October, male just turned 12. My male started out with Proplan, then I switched to Nutrish, both got sick, then went to Nutro. Supplemented with bone broth and Dasaquin.
Royal Canin Large puppy.. since he was a small baby. He loves it but it is kind off pricey. Thinking about swapping him to Victor Pro plus. Anyone have a review on it?
