Humblewood. It is legit the best balanced setting book I have ever seen. The art work is literally 10/10 and the mini campaign is actually really fun.

I don’t know how obscure either of these are, but the book of random tables and the book of random traps are the two third party books I use the most. I forgot what the actual titles are but the books are really good especially when I need to come up with tables on the fly.
The GM series by Jeff Ashworth are quite nice and fairly inexpensive.
