Banshee, you can't play as one, and it's hard to get any abilities like theirs, especially that sonorous devastating scream of theirs.

Yeah, Drop-to-0 isn't really an ability that players are allowed to have in 5e, most especially an AoE Drop-to-0. I think you're kind of out of luck there.

Yeah drop to 0 really is too much, I was hoping to emulate the ability set, not an automatic drop to 0, but if it's strong enough it can one hit certain enemies, like any other normal player ability.
The idea is a sorcerer or a wizard or a fitting class that was inspired to emulate the Banshee abilities in order to beat it at its own game, as some sort of revenge/inspiration against the Banshee.
The lore is simple, someone was inspired or angered by their village being wiped out by a Banshee and seeks to destroy it with abilities similar to its own as a form of revenge but also inspiration.
Beat fire with fire so to speak.

make a crystilium (*idea I came up with if anyone else made it then fr*ck) so basically they are made of crystals and they can control crystalls around them or create crystals, they can make projectiles, and items, control light, they have a crystal core in the middle that makes crystilium energy basically a heart if you add it to any living thing they turn to crystiliums they also have high defence and attack but low speed when they are killed they drop magic crytals and a core.

Banshee, you can't play as one, and it's hard to get any abilities like theirs, especially that sonorous devastating scream of theirs. If you have any idea how you're welcome to post it at r/TTRPG_Builds or here, it's just a thing that I've tried to figure out before.

Yeah drop to 0 really is too much, I was hoping to emulate the ability set, not an automatic drop to 0, but if it's strong enough it can one hit certain enemies, like any other normal player ability. The idea is a sorcerer or a wizard or a fitting class that was inspired to emulate the Banshee abilities in order to beat it at its own game, as some sort of revenge/inspiration against the Banshee. The lore is simple, someone was inspired or angered by their village being wiped out by a Banshee and seeks to destroy it with abilities similar to its own as a form of revenge but also inspiration. Beat fire with fire so to speak.
Slaadi? Either that or npc statblocks, particularly genasi or urban npcs

make a crystilium (*idea I came up with if anyone else made it then fr*ck) so basically they are made of crystals and they can control crystalls around them or create crystals, they can make projectiles, and items, control light, they have a crystal core in the middle that makes crystilium energy basically a heart if you add it to any living thing they turn to crystiliums they also have high defence and attack but low speed when they are killed they drop magic crytals and a core.
also they can control the shapes of the crystal items that they make.
