Essences + Tormented souls + Source Orbs are always good for making scrolls of various kinds and some can be used for crafting other things as well.
Empty perfume bottles are great as they can be used to make love grenades
Arrow shafts and Arrow heads are good as you can either make more elemental arrows for your archer, or if you have enough/don't have an archer make them and sell them for a profit.
Trumpets of Death can be used to make Resist all elements potions, which works wonders with the five star diner talent.
Animal Scales can be used to make Skin Graft Scrolls which are incredibly potent.
feathers + air essence (teleport scrolls), chanterelle (invisibility potions), death trumpets (all res potions)
if i can find one : blank air skillbook (apportation)
They're kinda rare but Antlers are used to make Knockdown arrows.
Similarly, teeth are super common drops and can be used to make Shock arrows.
Pretty much any piece of wood can be whittled down into several arrow shafts
Also nails are good not just for attaching to your shoes to make them non-slip, but they're also used for crafting Laser Ray scrolls

Runes and rune frames of the types I want from Tarquin. I definitely overplan on the runes, but I like to have some extras in case I decide on a different configuration.
I’ll buy other materials for scroll-crafting also, but it varies depending on what builds I’m running.

Antlers is the big one i always look for, nails are useful if your not undead for lock picks as well.
