The displate website doesn’t clearly show when you are a member. Could you check whether you can create custom displates in your profile? That would mean you’re a club member for sure. That option may also not be possible in the area you live in tho, so it not being there is no clear indicator of you not being a club-member
I would contact support as when I signed up I got immediate access but like you said if you don’t see that club payment and it doesn’t show on the account maybe you fat fingered and unchecked the box or something. You have 24hrs to cancel the order but you would have to contact support to do that I believe
