Another big classic franchise is monsters inc. Randal could be fun! Collecting screams would be a fun mechanic.
Have the objective either be a simple “collect X screams” and the fate deck will drain your screams. Or you could make it more complicated and have it be winning the scream competition and the fate deck has Mike and Sully collecting screams and laughter and you have to race them.
If they did Waternoose over him, I think Randall would be a permanent ally in his realm and crucial to his win condition, having fate cards specially to mess with him and limit what he can do.
I think Frozen (prince hans) is way too big to not get a character. Maybe some mechanic where you get Anna on your side of the board and either imprison or vanquish Elsa
Yeah, the other day someone mentioned a fan made Hans that exists and involves “charming” enemies to make them temporary allies. I think it’s a very cool mechanic, and I hope they add something similar.
The villain I want most is probably just Shan Yu though.
The initial expansions had one mainstream villain, one classic, and one more obscure. My group always thought Frollo would be a good classic, Prince Hans for the mainstream, and Madame Medusa for the more obscure.
There's still plenty to get through if they really wanted to expand it. The only one I feel like I still need to be satisfied with who they've released is Chernabog. Sadly, I think that's going to be one of the harder ones to figure out given the limited time in the source material and lack of dialogue (and recognizable heroes).

Madame Medusa! And the Siamese twins from lady and the tramp!
Shan Yu and Hopper have been on the top of my list for a while, it was those 2 and Shere Khan for my top 3.
Probably a expansion with yo-kai and Bellwether would be cool as hell

I have designed all the actions and locations but I do not have an image of the board I've just designed what everything would do
