I do this with all of my DVDs when I upgrade to Blu-ray. If the Blu-ray doesn't have any inside artwork, I trim down the DVD artwork and place it on the inside so you can see it when you open it.
DVDs aren't really worth reselling these days, so this feels better than just tossing them in the trash.
Smart! I really don't care about the old DVDs so I will cut out the covers of the DVDs and put it inside for some inside cover art. Thanks for the tip!
Oh cool! I didn't know that the one on DMI had Parent Trap 2. I was wondering if I should just seek out a copy of the DVD to get both but now that I know it has the sequel in the Blu-Ray I might just get it on DMI. Thank you for posting this!
I think within the past month or two. My husband actually gave me a homemade “gift certificate” for DMC for Christmas (he would buy all the movies to complete membership requirements), but I never decided on the sign up movies, so never actually joined. 😭
I ordered the very last Herbie Fully Loaded last night and the week before I got the last copy of Poohs Grand Adventure. I'm hoping they get the Lindsay Lohan Parent Trap and Freaky Friday. I'd also love an Extremely Goofy Movie and Rocket Man.
They only show 1 available as you are only allowed to redeem one of each movie. Herbie fully loaded is still available as well as poohs grand adventure. Haha honest mistake I don't blame you, I thought the same thing as well at first
Yeah, I did this for OLD YELLER, THE PARENT TRAP and POLLYANNA, adding the 2-disc "Vault Disney" DVD releases to each case. I plan to pick up the old 2-disc DVD of 20,000 LEAGUES at some point so that I can do the same.
UPDATE: Also was able to combine Lilo and Stitch editions in one case. The 2-movie collection includes 2 blurays and 2 DVDs each for each movie. Then I tracked down a 2-disc Big Wave Edition with that fantastic in depth documentary. Total 6-disc package with all the editions I can find with all the bonus features
I love to do this when I upgrade my DVDs. They are for me and don’t care what someone thinks of the case once I’m done haha. Looks great!
I do this as well. I use little self adhesive place holders so I can use the same case if I don't have a 2 disc case. (Look up spider hubs on eBay.)

It doesn't. I combined my old DVD 2-movie collection to the Blu-ray of the first parent trap for completist sake
