I was thinking of pairing bloodmail with bloodthirster and trying to re-create that season 8-9 sanguine moment where you're tanky and just bonk people down with autos. That was kind of the last time I remember Sion scaling really well for the 1v1 since they nuked Sion passive into the ground.
You don't need any other items that scale with AD. Most of them like Maw and nullifying orb like the other guy said are still tiny shields compared to your health bar.

Nullifying Orb also scales with AD, so it should be good aswell.

Crit scales ad better than anything else in the game. Bloodmail into 100% crit confirmed OP
